Ice cream is okay. It is not hard pack but not soft serve. Very soft and melted very quick. The flavors were adequate but they are by far not near the top. The prices were decent. This is an average ice cream shop with cookies as well that does not scream you need me but were here if you have no other choice that's better.

I had the worst experience ever at this ice cream shop. The so-called “manager” was the one making the ice cream and had zero respect for the customers coming in. The ice cream was all melted even before it was handed over, and the manager didn’t even bother to apologize for the poor quality of the product. It was a perfectly shameless behavior on their part. I would never go back to this location again.

Poor ambience with uncomfortable chairs. Pathetic service - no greeting, acting as though they’re doing us a favor. 4 small cups ($6.39 each) round up to $30 for a family of four. Not worth the price! Not fun an experience either.

A wonderful sweet treat!!!! This location is a tadbit smaller than some of the however, you can sit in there to enjoy your treats.I signed up for their reward system and I am excited for my $5 off. I also see they have joined forces with American Cookie. It smells so good walking in there.

Ice cream was too soft, and not firm enough. It was almost liquid. The serving size was too small for the price. Taste wasn't that great. I was disappointed.

There were two women and one man working when I walked into the store and I stood there not greeted by 1 of the 3, while they proceeded to have their headphones in and text and act as if they were doing other things. I was the only customer in the store. Finally after waiting 5 minutes to see how long they'd wait to greet me I spoke up and one of the women asked what I wanted. Cookies were rock hard and ice cream was packaged poorly resulting in being spilled out in my bag.
Awful, weak spoon… so it was hard to grab the ice cream because the cheap spoon was extremely flaky also the customer service they was trying hard but still terrible… I asked to go and there wasn’t napkins. No manager taking care

I said I’m just informing you. Also I also picked a waffle cup she said it only comes in one size. I said that’s what I want

Awful experience. The counter girl dressed like a thug and was smacking her gum. Spitting all over every product in the store. Not covid sanitary or safe. The manager was unconcerned. I did not eat there.

Very nice Ice cream place. I love the flavor of the month. This time I had Double chocolate and Red velvet with Oreo!! They give generous scoops and the ice cream is 'homemade' in the shop. Free toppings is plus! Bit pricey but worth the ingredients!❤️
