Rating 0. Went through the 2nd drive thru line, order my food, get to the pay windows, she stated that she that what I ordered wasn't on the screen. Called the restaurant to speak to a manager to let her know what happened and wasted half of a 30 min lunch break, all she did was apologize and didn't offer to compensate me for the mistakes of the employees working at the drive thru.

The people that work at this location are very deplorable! Everyone that is assigned to the window has terrible customer service, the person taking orders sounds like they would rather be anywhere else at work. The employees don’t know how to do simple mathematics or refuse to give paying customers the correct orders, even after reading the printed receipt. Which leads me to believe they’re unable to read as well!! This location needs to do better!

Very Bad experience ordered food had to wait about 25 minutes just for it to come out and then they messed up my order so I have to wait another 10 minutes for the rest of my order and when the order came out, I had raw beef so I turned around to get a new sandwich and I’ve been waiting for over 30 again

Horrible. Fry machine didn't work. I asked for no lettuce but they gave me lettuce. It was dirty.

horrible they gave me a raw chicken sandwich and im pretty sure it was out of spite because i was ordering in the drive through but they claimed to not have found my order so i had to come inside which they didn’t see too happy about! if i could give this place a negative i definitely would

Not sure what the issue was, but I ordered at the kiosk, and after letting them know they hadn't made my order, they were able to retrieve it from the system and had it ready 25-30 minutes after arriving. The staff was slow assisting at best, and there was no offer to make their timely error right.
It was extremely ridiculous and there's no reason to visit this restaurant again.
