Once again I was stupid enough to try McDonald's stand in the front 10 minutes waiting for somebody to come to the counter so I can place an order. I don't want them screwing it up then decided tired of waiting. Went out. Got in the truck. Made a simple order. Finally get through the line paid for it didn't get to the window. Oh it's not ready yet. Can you pull up service sucks and as long as we put up with it it's going to continue

Decided to run inside for a coffee thinking it be faster. Boy was I wrong no one is even attending the front. After a couple of min of standing around I decided to try and ask a worker who was working on a mobile machine for assistance, I must have said sir, sir , excuse me like four times before just leaving.

I wish they could upgrade the play area. It has a large space, but there’s almost nothing for kids to play with. However, it’s a good place for someone who wants to work on their laptop or catch up with friends because it’s a big McDonald’s.

Ordered via drive thru and when I got home, realized they didn't complete the order, no receipt in bag, and called their phone to let them know but nobody picked up the phone! Around 8:45pm on Monday.
I don't mean to be racist, but a few of the black employees here work very negatively

Ive personally always had good experiences at this mcdonalds. The food always is hot and fresh, and quick service. However when I go with my roommates they have a hard time communicating with the people taking orders, and at times we would get completely different orders. Definitely a hit or miss location but it's near my home and I overall have good experiences here, make sure you get what you paid for before leaving

This brand is SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Poor service especially at the drive through. The guy named “IAN” was so rude and doesn’t have manners to talk to a customer. He never apologized for the way he talked ! Why do you hire such workers who spoils your image and make us not to come again! Someone who heads this branch must take an action!
