Fairly new restaurant so the service shouldn't be that bad, but it's the worst! What's the use of 2 ordering lines and they stay wrapped around the building and going inside is even worse! Slow service makes customers go somewhere else!

food is good and my kids order were ok.
But I'm never buying a chicken wrap again I can't believe I just paid 3 dollars just for a flour tortilla because the chicken strip was the size of my thumb. 😆 Definitely not worth it.

Wen through the drive through and got my food quickly. There was a line too but the 2 menus to order from make it go quickly. Good customer service as well. I'll be back

The new location is slow. Way slower than when they were across the street at the gas station, which only had one lane to order from!

I often go to this cafe because it is close to where I live. Previously, before moving to a new building, the employees worked quickly and without complaints. Now the staff has changed, the new employees are poorly trained and I have another failure, which upset me terribly. I ordered 1 medium cappuccino and waited for more than 15 minutes. This is not a restaurant, so that the wait would be more than 5 minutes. We all know that McDonald's is a fast food cafe, come, buy and be happy. But to wait 15 minutes just for coffee, this is the height of unprofessionalism of the cafe employees. The manager should better train the newly hired employees. I hope in the future they will work better.

I'm not sure who thought it was a good idea to move this location across hwy to a stand alone building just to have worst customer service than they has before. How do you have a line and still have cold food. They need yo fire everyone and start over.
