Ordered pickup in the app. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 10:14p. At 10:25p, still no pizza after being told it was in the oven. Observed the employee who was putting pizzas in the oven not wearing gloves. This was as he touched pizza dough, rubbed his face, went back and forth to the back while touching the door, etc. Requested a refund and left. Had a bad experience at this location awhile ago (at least 3 months prior) and nothing has improved. Won’t be returning.

Well, it was a thumbs up for the Harden family today. This was my Aunt's first time eating here and I made her a cauliflower pizza. She really enjoyed it. The cauliflower dough brings so much flavor to your pizza. We ate here after returning from the beach and everyone was happy with their orders. The wait was not too long. We were outside, so we didn't hear our order being called. That might be something the staff could work on is paying attention to the customers that choose to eat outside. You get wrapped up in family and friends you forget you're there to eat. There's no speaker to let us know our order was done either. I went inside to wash my hands as I saw our order sitting on the counter. Not sure how long it was up there but that was a slight bummer because our pizzas weren't as hot as they normally are when we get them as they're called. This seems like a new establishment, it was nice and clean on the inside and out. If we visit the area again, we might come back and bring our Aunt.

don’t bother ordering here. They put whatever they want on your pizza & then burn it. I ordered 3 unlimited pizzas, 2 of which were the exact same, but received 3 different pizzas & none of them were what I paid for. No extra toppings, no light toppings, hell no toppings at all for one of them. $46 for complete dissatisfaction. The pizzas were sloppily made & it is clear the employees don’t take pride in their work.

Diane Baptiste is the manager, she is unnecessarily rude to the employees and customers. However the staff was extremely pleasant and kind despite her tone. She was very hostile and aggressive...way too much over a pizza.

MOD Pizza - Exceptional Service!
Despite a long line, the staff worked with incredible efficiency and professionalism. The standout employee in the GREEN SHIRT was particularly impressive…managing pizza preparation, pickup orders, and customer assistance. Their teamwork transformed a potentially frustrating wait into a smooth, quick experience. Truly remarkable service. Highly recommended - I'll definitely be back!

I recently visited this location for a to go order. I noticed the sitting area was dirty while I was waiting. I asked for ranch on the side. I must have been really distracted and in a hurry to get home because when I got home, the ranch container was imprinted on my pizza inside the box. The worker put the container of ranch inside the pizza box! Its like he mashed down on it. Thankfully, it was on one slice, so it was discarded. The pizza was barely baked as it was cold and soft. I should have known better when it was only in the oven for a few minutes. I am very disappointed in the service I received today.
mod is so good, i love their crust. I hope one day they get wings

I ordered through the mobile app but it still took about 30min for my good to be ready. It was so good though! Nice and crispy, plenty of toppings, and tasted great. The only downside is how busy it is. Other than that, it’s a nice place overall. Clean inside and plenty of empty tables near the back. Definitely don’t come hungry because it’s going to take a while! Worth it for the price though! A whole mod-size pizza and drink come to just about $15.

This is she absolute worst MOD! As excited as we were to get a location close to home this space could have been used for another establishment. We arrived at 8:36pm and there was only 1 couple in front of us. The person making their order was exceptionally slow so another person just as slow came to handle our order. We ordered 3 minis & 1 mod. He didn’t finish preparing our pizzas until 8:55 and we checked out at 8:58pm. No one was cutting pizzas so our pizzas sat out for whatever time. We finally got our food the cheese isn’t even all the way melted on 2 Pizzas and they aren’t all even cut properly. There was already another gentleman waiting to speak with a manager and at this point waiting for another pizza to be made was out of the question as there were people waiting inside still for their food who came in with us and people waiting to place orders. I do not know what the disconnect is here at this location but it’s ridiculous and whomever the owner is needs to get a handle on it asap. To have to go home and put pizza in the oven because it wasn’t prepared properly and after waiting for so long is more than a piss off. Close for a week or 2 and revamp and get things back in order.
