Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Great new location with the upgraded building. The interior is nicely decorated to give the Italian country-side ambiance. The food is what is expected from Olive Garden. The server was very attentive and professional. This location was not very crowded during lunch time. Plenty of parking is available.

The food was good, but the lasagna was so small, and the chicken parmesan was two small breaded chicken tenders covered with sauce and cheese. I know the economy is changing. But.......

We came in and sat for 15 mins without a server. At that point we pressed the call server button which made that small machine start blinking red. After 5 mins of still not having ANYONE come to our table, we got up and left.

I ordered my favorite soup Toscana, and there was a fly in it. Please be careful bc someone in the kitchen clearly was not!

Poor service and bland food

Our supposed waiter, Kale, was too busy making drinks. His excuse was he had 21 tables. Another employee took our order. Food was not hot, and there was no offer for refills on soup, wine, or even water.. I'll this twice about coming back.

"I recently dined at the Olive Garden in Fort Bend Town Center, and every aspect of the experience was outstanding! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and seated promptly. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and had a great ambiance. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations.

The food was absolutely delicious! The breadsticks were fresh, soft, and addictive as always. We started with the Calamari appetizer, which was crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. For the main course, I had the Spaghetti and Meatballs—classic, hearty, and cooked to perfection.

To top it off, the service was impeccable throughout the meal, with refills on drinks and breadsticks arriving right on time. The overall atmosphere made for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. I can’t wait to return to this Olive Garden—definitely a 5-star experience!"
