I mean it's good for panda, ingredient quality is notably higher than other locations, but nothing special. I know their dishes are harder to prep, but the consistency of items is off especially the honey walnut shrimp. Sometimes it's really saucy, other times crispy with little sauce. Same idea goes for other dishes. It atleast always tastes good, but when you have that craving for panda and it didn't hit right it can be a bit disappointing.

This location sucked. Asked for sweet and sour sauce, the manager gave me one sauce. Each time I asked for more sauce, he gave one at a time. Mind you, I ordered 6 piece egg roll, a plate, and cream cheese ragoons. Damn, I’ll pay extra. Why you giving one sauce at a time for all that food? I’ll stick to my regular location in Katy.

I always come to this location but I always do dine in so I can see what they are serving me and today just like 30-40 min ago I ordered by drive thru 2 bowls and 2 plates the bowls for my kids I ordered noodles it’s their fave a Panda Express and this time it was VERY DISAPPOINTING coming home to not noodles but cabbage no noodles at all!!!! That really made me angry how they can sell only cabbage? Why not waiting for fresh noodles and serve quality food. Will not come to this location never again!! 👎 and that was not all one of the plates I ordered chicken breast and they put steak with mushrooms!! This is just unacceptable they need to pay more attention!!! And I gave them 2 stars just because of the guy at the window he gave me a good service.

Manager - Brandon spent more time micromanaging one of the workers than making sure my order was made timely. I mean nitpicking. I understand the need to train but the energy was giving POWER trip. Do better Brandon it’s just PE
i have been to panda express for many times in different locations, and this is my first time to leave a review, and it was the worst experience I've ever had, I usually ordered online and picked it up form the store. This time, the teriyaki chicken was overburnt and it was black on the surface, almost the whole side was overburnt, but it was still packed up and given to me!!!! Worse still, the packed box was leaking and the sauce was flowing out, it sucks! I will never go to this location again!!!

I ordered a broccoli and beef bowl and they only received a bowl full of rice, four pieces of meat, and five pieces of broccoli. Make sure you go inside or you will get cheated out of your money. Never again!!

I want to highlight the server named TanPhu N. during my visit to Panda Express #2715 on June 29, 2025. He is quick, courteous, and proficient on his job. I enjoyed watching his work ethic and how he handled each customer's preferences. Absolutely an excellent employee to keep.
