Ball Beyond limits

I was door dashing when I walked in the food was supposed to be ready, they had me waiting over 30 min. It was busy but my order should’ve been ready and plus there were people who came in after me that’s food wasn’t ready but still got there’s before mine. And they just didn’t care they were taking forever

We typically get the teriyaki chicken, orange chicken and chow mein - and its always made fresh and very tasty. Ordering is quick and place is very clean. We visit often!

I went to this location last night around 9:30pm. I ordered a bowl of orange chicken and chow mein. The young man at the window did not hand me a receipt and trusting in him I did not ask. I then realized (this morning) I was charged for the wrong order. Please explain to staff on the importance of how their critical thinking skills/decision making (while on the clock) can and does affect those around them including your customers.

Service was prompt, for was decent. Wish the fire chicken with pineapples have fresher pieces. Every time I go, no matter what location I go, it's not as fresh as the orange chicken. Customer service was nice.

When they charge a dollar and a half more for the yummier stuff, I genuinely feel bad. But, I do pay!!

I asked for a sample so I could make a decision to spend $17 dollars on 1 entree for a family meal. I was told they couldn't hand out samples?!?! How is a customer supposed to make a choice on whether or not to spend money on something that we do or don't like. Silly policy. That's what Jenny told me at the Missouri City off of hwy 6 location near Sienna told me. We were initially told we could have a sample if it was boxed. So I said, "I don't care how I get it, just let me try 1 small piece. They used to do this. Very disappointing. They lost money because it was a premium entree. Oh well. I will be contacting their corporate office next. Either a policy change needs to happen or some additional training needs to be implemented for the management team members. Not good Panda. I'm sure I speak for everyone. Like test driving a new car. I'm not gonna buy the car if I don't know how it handles. Right?

Drive through line took 15+ minutes (only 2 cars in front of me). When I sat down to eat, the rice was burnt so bad we couldn’t even eat it. We ended up having to cook our own food due to the overall lack of quality. My family is very disappointed. After a long road trip back in town cooking was the last thing I wanted to do. Thanks for a great start to the week Panda…See pic with review.

Way too sweet...most of the entrees like orange ? chicken ?, sesame chicken ?, certain glazed beef entrees are so sweet you can't taste the meat ?! And side dishes are average to say ? the least. It tastes as if the sauces are premade and added to the meats without measuring the amounts. Very sticky, REAL chinese cuisine doesn't taste like this. The family ? that started this franchise knew americans would eat anything as long as it's cheap and full of sugars they have made millions of dollars because we as americans are not disconcerting enough about what we eat! The obesity epidemic we have in the states is proof of this. If you are going to spend 10 to 12 dollars on a chinese dinner go to a REAL chinese restruant you will be surprised with the quality of food you can have for that dollar amount! And it wont taste like syrup it will taste like real chinese cusine.
