Pepperoni's Pizza - Sienna

This location has lost my household as a customer. We ordered two pizzas tonight, and one came out not even cooked fully. The crust was still white and not golden brown so I’m not sure how this was put in a box to leave the store. When I called to let the store know they failed rectify the problem and blamed their ovens. How can two pizzas that went in the same oven look so different? We will never order from this location and potentially pepperonis again. Check your pizza when you pick it up because they will send you home with half-cooked food.

So disappointed in this location. this was the first location I went to and immediately fell in love with the mild wings. The last 3 times I've went the wings do not taste the same and it's disappointing. This last time I don't know what type of wings I God but they don't taste like Mild.

Ordered ahead of time, they told me it was going to be ready in 12 minutes 25 minutes later still waiting... Also I was supposed to get a little extra bread for free and they try to charge me for it, they should honor what they say.. SMH

The website could not take credit card orders, the store would not answer, and the order taking line could not offer the online deals even though the website was not working.

This is the second time this has happened. I will never eat at or order from Pepperoni's again. I encourage everyone that reads this to do the same.

Came in and got a plain pizza and a New Yorker with some wings. It was delicious. Shout out to Graham for the there excellent service. I want him to be recognized. Thank you sir.

Our family loves Pepperoni's and glad we have a location nearby in Sienna. We usually order pickup and from my experience the staff has always been kind and professional. The orders were always on time and the food was great. We recently ate at the restaurant and glad we did, the pizza was even better! We want to thank the owner/manager and staff that was working when we came in. They were very attentive and accommodating to me and my family. This location is one of my 2yr old's favorite place to eat, thank you Pepperonis! We'll definitely be back soon.

Not sure who this young man / cashiers name but was very rude and told me I needed to hurry up and order due to an Uber . Thats not customer service at all maybe he needs a new position and needs to understand working in a food environment that was totally unacceptable especially due to how many times I’ve came to this particular pepperonis to sit and eat also put my order as a to go when I specifically told the young man it’s for dine in !!!

Unprofessional! The two girls tonight at the front cashier were extremely rude, and unhelpful. They wanted to shoo me away when they "couldn't find my order" they tried to gaslight me and even went as far as to say that there is "another Sienna Pepperoni's location" that my order is placed at, when In fact there isn't! I live here in Sienna, I would know if there is another location.And I showed them the address and phone number to the Pepperonis I placed an order at, which was set for Sienna. I even called in front of these girls, and they refused to answer the phone, because they knew it was me calling them. That's what really upset me! Greatly offended that they purposely ignored my call. The girl just let the phone rang for a good two minutes, while watching me call their pepperonis phone. Finally the manager, an older fella. Helped me figure it out and when I called the phone, he picked it up and saw that I am telling the truth. He then made sure to place an order for me, but he DID NOT offer anything for me to be compensated for my time, and my Uber driver had to wait an extra 15 mins, and I had to tip my Uber driver even more because of Pepperonis irresponsibility. Please hire more professional staff. Those girls tonight had poor service! They should not be allowed to interact with customers with that type of attitude! Also, I found this metal like thing in my Alfredo pasta. Very petty of this establishment.

I wish they would put your order in a bag when they deliver….simple step…instead the food is left by the front door and if you don’t get to it within 5 minutes it attracts all sorts of bugs and critters. They never bag your oder unless you ask for it at the store either…everyone is trying to cut cost but don’t be super cheap!
