Got pizza delivered tonight, and pizza was cold, burnt, and thin. I ordered a deal box with cheese pizza, cinnamon sticks, amd cheese sticks and everything was burnt thin crusted and usually they food is always in time and good service. Delivery driver norma was good but the food was not at all to satisfaction

Good customer service the parking is limited with the small lot . The pickup is faster now at the drive thou window since now they don't receive orders once you arrive. Love the coupons & the app

This location is horrible. They take at least 50 minutes to prepare ONE pizza with ONE topping. They never open the lobby and want customers to wait in the drive thru. If you try to go into the lobby they try to talk to you thru the door like you are a criminal or just stand there and look at you while there are 5 to 10 cars in ONE drive thru. Avoid this location at all costs!

I order a hot box with pizza and wings and my pizza was brunt and only had 4 small slices and the cinnamon roll were dry and Burnt this location needs to do better needs more training and how to fix orders I was very disappointed needs to be a change at this location been like this for two many years.

Pizza came out good. I hate they charge for the pan crust!!! That's the best... the pizza don't come out right with hand tossed... pan crust is the way to go.

After reading the rest of the reviews and my previous experience, I should not have been surprised. It wasn't even that busy! A group of mystery shoppers need to attack this place and wake them up! Is that still a thing?

I'll probably give this location another shot in a year or so, assuming it's still a Pizza Hut. I'd rather get Little Ceasar's or Mod anyway. Pizza Hut hasn't been 'good' in a long time, and they have locations like this to thank. It's a shame.

Online order process was fine. I arrived approx 2 minutes after the website said the order would be ready - 7:15pm. Two people at counter were talking about something and took at least 5 minutes to acknowledge my presence. Finally one person asked how he could help - I told him my name and he said he had my order and it would be another 5 minutes. I signed my receipt and moved to wait for my order. Approximately 20 minutes had passed and there appeared to be some confusion in the back with other orders. Another person was standing at the POS and attempting to fix something. I asked if he could check on my order, he gave me a quiet mumble I didn't understand. So I stepped back, and waited for another person to come. Finally another person came to the front and I asked them if they could check on my order - "Who are you?" was the reply. I said 'Jeff', and he went to look in the warmer. Low and behold my order was ready - who knows for how long. I checked the items were visually correct and got on my way. i could tell the breadsticks were subpar, but I wasn't about to get spit in my food by bringing it back.

At home, the pizza was cold, and the breadsticks were dry, hard and cool, as if they had been premade and left on a counter hours ago. The only thing that seemed fresh was the cinnamon sticks! This is not the first time I've had issues with this location, but it will be my last.

The franchisee should fire the manager and workers here, AND/OR retrain on how to keep food at a basic level of safe temperature. And then give them a basic primer on Pizza Hut expectations of how to treat a paying customer.

Pizza was extra salty. First pizza was given away to another customer, so the pizza had to be remade. The grilled onions tasted like someone had poured salt on them, making the pizza salty.

Food was fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious. Stormy alongside her staff were very polite and had amazing customer service and was able to demonstrate her ability to talk to customers and make sure to have them leave with a good experience. Celebrated my 19th birthday today satisfied with the amazing food and amazing service as i do not regret making the option to buy food from here. If i was able to give a higher review than 5 stars i most definitely would’ve. Absolutely recommend to come to this store for good food and great customer service??

Every time we order for pick up the food isn't ready. This is the 5th time. Knowing this is a consistent issue I will order the food ahead of time. I'll even come pick it up 15 mins later then they tell me to. Still not ready. Today I'm here 20 minutes later than the scheduled time and they're telling me "8 more minutes". Trash.

Ordered a pizza, the guy who delivered it was rude, and on top of that, my pizza had a piece of hair in it. I called, several times, and of course, no answer. I want a refund for my pizza please. It's unsanitary and disgusting. It's a health code violation. The least you can do is pick up the phone.
