Big fat fail! We ordered a pizza for pick up. My son goes to get it and it's wrong. They won't refund the money and tell him only the general manager can give refunds, they can only give store credit, even though the made it wrong. Call customer service (Pam) and agree to reorder the pizza and they will deliver it. ETA 50 -60 minutes. 1 1/2 later, call back to customer service and get told, that ETA is 2 hours from the original call because the pizza has to come from a different...read full review
