i got the chicken alfredo pasta with "cheese sticks". pasta had 0 flavor, barely any chicken,which some was a weird texture. and the cheese sticks was basically just like eating the inside of a loaf of bread. nothing about it was a bread stick. i reached out thru the website to let them know the situation and all they did was say thanks instead of offering a credit for the inedible food.

Terrible customer service experience. Order was 30 minutes late when I received a notification the order has delivered. I confirmed the order was not left at my door before calling the store. I was informed the driver accidentally selected the confirmed delivery option, but would arrive shortly. 15 minutes later no delivery. I call back and was informed the driver had an issue with previous order but will deliver in 10 minutes later. No apologies or offer of any concession until I argue the service was unacceptable.

I mostly place the order on the app. The pizzas are delicious, ingredients are fresh and the toppings fill up each slice like they should. I only wish they would offer free cheese packets and chilli flakes with each order. Never had any issues with orders placed and they are done on time.

I ordered a pizza and when it arrived I noticed hair in the pizza so I called back and one of the "so-called managers" Chris answered and I explained my concerns and he told me to bring the pizza back and I told him it was a delivery and could not return that is why I got a delivery and he then hung the phone up in my face! I called back to speak to him and I hear him in the back ground talking to someone about my issue. He gets back on the phone and I told him to forget that pizza why you hang up in my face for no reason and he stated I'm a manager and I get to do that if I want to!! And he hang up in my face again...Wow ? now I see why there is so many bad reviews and this is not a even a 3 star location leadership reflects altitude! Super unprofessional and very ghetto manager "Chris is!! I garentee he has a star on his face and multiple felony on his record! Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!
