I ordered a pizza and 5 drinks to be delivered to my son’s school last week. The person that made the delivery indicated that the store did not inform her of the 5 drinks and were not delivered. After calling the store multiple times with no response, I spoke with someone the next day who told me they would credit my account under my cell number for a future order. Yesterday (Sunday) someone called me from DoorDash indicating that the store reached out to them for them to redeliver the missing items. I informed the dasher by text that the store was supposed to credit my account and to cancel the delivery as I no longer wanted the items (3 days later) and the delivery address was at my son’s school which is clearly not open on Sundays. Terrible customer service .. will not be ordering from this store again!!!

After eating Pizza from Pizza Hut in UAE, I am confused which is the actual taste. Cooking time is less in US and hence cheese is not much melted. They could add a small size also. No seating area.

i got the chicken alfredo pasta with "cheese sticks". pasta had 0 flavor, barely any chicken,which some was a weird texture. and the cheese sticks was basically just like eating the inside of a loaf of bread. nothing about it was a bread stick. i reached out thru the website to let them know the situation and all they did was say thanks instead of offering a credit for the inedible food.

Terrible customer service experience. Order was 30 minutes late when I received a notification the order has delivered. I confirmed the order was not left at my door before calling the store. I was informed the driver accidentally selected the confirmed delivery option, but would arrive shortly. 15 minutes later no delivery. I call back and was informed the driver had an issue with previous order but will deliver in 10 minutes later. No apologies or offer of any concession until I argue the service was unacceptable.

The staff was friendly and quick. I ordered online for pickup. My order was correct, hot and had no issues. At other locations when I pick up, the food can be warm.
