I wish I could give 0 stars I ordered an 8 piece /combo through the drive thru the employee through the drive thru didn’t get me a receipt, and I didn’t notice a funky smell from my large fries that I ordered, my chicken was also burnt, I went back up there and went inside with the whole order, and told the employee that my order was not good service my fries had a funky smell and my chicken was burnt, the employee had called her so called manager on her personal phone and came back to tell me with no receipt I can’t get my $32 back, for one customers are always “Right”, I was supposed to atleast get my money back especially if it wasn’t my fault that the drive thru employee did not give me a receipt, that is unprofessional when it comes to customer service, but as for me and my family I will not ever get service there a waste of $32.

Today’s fried chicken was really disappointing. I used to come here often for it. When I went to the store today, I specifically emphasized that I wanted it hot and only dark meat. I even told them I was willing to wait. However, not only did the staff give me chicken that wasn’t hot, but the portion was also insufficient, and they even included wings. I told her I didn’t want wings and asked if there were any fresh ones. She said no. But after a few minutes, they fried a fresh batch, and instead of replacing mine, they gave the freshly fried chicken to the next customer. They even insisted that my food was hot and refused to change it! So frustrating!

Bought 2 sets of 3 pc chicken and large coleslaw. Chicken was cold and rubbery like it was old and reheated and coleslaw was 1/2 full. See picture. Very disappointed every time when you go through drive-through you get screwed. This restaurant should be rated D.

In summary: 20 minutes, one order.
An inaccurate eta was given on the wings from the drive thru. Idk if these people forgot I was still waiting for an order the drive thru worker told me would take 6 minutes and to park up front. 12 minutes go by so I go in, the food s t i l l wasn’t ready. It wasn’t until I told the manager I want a refund she made sure the girl who was making my food to hurry. Then the manager attempted to offer me a free side after she clearly saw I was frustrated and hungry. No ma’am, I want better service.
Don’t go here, go to Dutch bros, go to H-E-B, go to McDonald’s down the street anywhere but here.
Heed the negative reviews!! Their famous chicken sandwich is famous for a reason. A big plump piece of chicken on a bun with the secret orange sauce and pickle. All I got here was a flat piece of chicken cooked in what tasted like old oil, on a bun. No sauce. No pickles. This location has been my go-to for more than 10 years and something has changed. I will not be eating here again. Another Mo City fast food restaurant bites the dust.

This Popeyes location is the worst service is horrible and staff has very bad customer service. I will not go again. It's always a problem with this location, especially around lunchtime. Just horrible service and staff!!

This has been the worst Popeyes I have been to. Start with I placed my order inside on machine. Machine wasn't taking payment no other people in line as I stood and waited several minutes before I got the first response from anyone. Meanwhile I observed your staff instead messing around and talking to themselves including the manager. I'm positive they were joking about giving one lady the wrong order from the drive thru. She came in and complained your front man response was more or less yes that's not your order after only them laughing earlier about what I assume was the wrong order. No apologizing or anything. Manager kept back turned I assume on purpose I assume so he didn't have to do anything. It took over 20 minutes for my food to be ready and handed to me. I ordered red beans and rice which was more shred beans sauce and rice, 5 tenders with Buffalo sauce I did not receive and I had to go back to counter for, and fries. Luckily I was able to watch them atleast put my food up in a bag. My order also came with a drink which I did not receive until after I asked about my drink when receiving my order. This was by the same manager who took my payment and saw what I ordered. The seating area was clean but probably because after waiting 20 minutes on food no one wants to stay here. The coke machine didn't even work. Owner get rid of these people messing around on the clock and make sure your staff is checking on your customers and make sure they can read so they shouldn't make stupid mistakes.

Horrible experience. Waited 15 minutes for my order. Part of my order was 2 cheesecakes and I was given 2 apple pies instead. The cheesecakes cost considerably more than the apple pies so I called and was told to drive 30 minutes round trip to return the apple pies. Seriously!!! When I finally did eat my chicken sandwich with my family it tasted like old fryer oil. Paid $45.50 to have heartburn and be irritated…yay me.
