Blech!!! I ordered one, but it tasted like stevia and milk. So I spent the money thinking that maybe it's just too healthy and they changed their recipe. So I got a yummy one - my fav treat - the Hulk! But now you have to add fruit (blech) so I ordered strawberries. It tasted like vomit! This is terrible! I just spent like almost $20.As a former barista, I know that if you don't get the recipe exactly right it's gonna be nasty. I feel like they're doing something wrong because these smoothies do not taste like how I've had them at other smoothie Kings. I want to like the drinks, but I just can't ... money down the drain

Customer service lacks at this location. They employees focus more on the drive through orders than customers that are inside. Was not greeted, waited 10 minutes to place an order, zero communication was given. Waited 20 total minutes to receive my order and still didn’t come out good.

Super slow staff, they really don't rush. I waited for my order for more than 15 minutes!! It was an online order. The inside is clean and cozy, but the staff is clearly not interested in saving buyers.
We stopped by this location at 9:47pm and they don’t close until 10, pulled up to the drive through, no one answered so we pulled to the front and knocked on the window, the guy stated that I have to go to the drive through. When we circled back and went to the drive through, they claimed it was against store policy to make smoothies close to closing time? I don’t know where y’all get these people from but hiring should be based on a strong customer service background like Chick Fil A instead of hiring lazy ass youngsters just looking for a job. Terrible customer service.

This location has teenaged employees working in the evening making less than appetizing smoothies. The drink couldn’t even be considered a smoothie since its consistency was like drinking milk through a straw. 0/10 will not visit again.

The team here is wonderful. They are very patient, cool, and kind. Smoothie king has so many new options. I decided to get the vegan strawberry pineapple smoothie with added blueberries and my friend got the gladiator with chocolate. And both smoothies we excellent. We really enjoyed our smoothies! The smoothies were made to perfection. We will be back. I’m ordering what I got again because it was soooo good. I also want to try the coco colada smoothie bowl. That look delicious. It was also very clean inside and smelled nice.

The Lady with the braids that worked on 7/21 2. Pm always had a smile on when I was getting my smoothie which is great for the business. We need more employees like these ?

The worker who took my order and payment verbally asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. That is very awkward and not a customary thing for a service worker at a business to do. At the very least hand me the device so I can leave a tip if I want to but don’t ask me if I want to tip. It’s rude and uncomfortable. And she still ended up getting my order wrong. There needs to be better training at this location.

this location probably has the slowest service I’ve ever encountered. i’ve been here three times and I’ve had unreal wait in the drive-through. They definitely need to turn it around or they will lose more customers.

The young lady, has such a nasty attitude. Seems like she dont want to work. Everytime I add an item its “ is that all” with such an attitude. She gotta work somewhere else then if she dont like it.
