Was very kind and helpful also she is very smart and have a lot of knowledge about different topics just in 5 minutes she was able to multitask with making the smoothie nice and thick like I love it and talk about different topics. I felt great and smiled the entire time I was in there also they worked as a team and the entire location was very clean and they were very friendly. 5 stars ??❤️❤️

I hate to even give these guys a one. The customer service, and the incompetence of the people that work here it's unreal. I wouldn't hire these guys for my McDonald's. They obviously have zero training, but they couldn't even read the menu and giving me the right drink. This is the second and last time I will come to this place.

The store shuts down before closing hours. Employee ignores phone calls and disappears into the back out of sight during business hours. I drove to the Sugar Land location and they were able to complete my order. Already contacted Smoothie King, no response.

Employees do not know how to properly blend the smoothie bowls. This is the second time I have went to this location and the smoothie bowl is extremely runny to the point that it spills over everywhere and all the topping sink to the bottom. The consistency should be very thick, thicker than a smoothie. Also, the service was terrible. I ordered from the mobile app and I still had to wait 20 minutes at the drive thru window for the smoothie bowl.

The service is good, and the smoothies are great. Sometimes the driive-thru sometimes a tad slow. But I don't mind the time to get all the drinks made properly and cold. But I like it so far.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming here. I arrived here after leaving the gym about 7:55pm, it is now 8:18pm and I am still in the drive thru waiting for my smoothie. This is after I had to wait at the speaker box for 10 minutes and was only waited on because I said hello. I have also been asked 3 times by 3 different KIDS since being at the window what smoothie I ordered. This location is no efficient and there needs to be more “managerial” supervision for the closing shift it seems. There’s a line full of people currently and the car ahead of me has had to pull up by the door to wait for them to walk his smoothie out. Do better Missouri City Smoothie King. This is terrible.

What part of free upgrade Friday was missed by your people. Taylan Williams put my order in and I did not get my discount. No big deal, I thought I’d call them and maybe they’d apologize and we’d be good. NOT. She argued with me even though she was wrong. She used my app rewards instead of giving me the Friday deal. Worst customer service and Attitude I’ve seen in awhile. I won’t be back

There was a plastic bag in our smoothie and when I called the store, I was hung up on. I understand people make mistakes, but I don’t think hanging up on someone is good customer service.

I arrived at 9:47pm and they don’t close until 10, I pulled up to the drive through, no one answered so I pulled to the front and knocked on the window for over a minute before the guy even looked up to acknowledge me. He stated that I have to go to the drive through (where they refuse to answer) as he was making a smoothie for another client. He had a very nasty attitude, I wish I had taken a picture of him but he was a young black guy with short dreads. This service is absolutely unacceptable! Just ridiculous!

the young guy, tyson was at the window and he was really patient and sweet. However, the other guys were yelling at him and goofing off and laughing at him because he got our order wrong. I would go back just for him but the other ones were so rude and they yelled at him in front of us with the window open.
