Outstanding donut shop in the heart of Sienna. By far, the best spot to donuts in the area. Their Old Fashioned donut is the best in the city!! Amazing service and quality.

The horchata smoothie was the best thing ever. The lady at the front is super sweet and I watched her treat everyone with a lot of kindness.

Our favorite donut shop! Tried the Dubai chocolate holes today and they’re delicious.

Customer service was okay.
The jalapeno kolache was not good i need more jalapenos and the cinnamon roll need icing on it. I won't be back.

Sad, sorry service... Ordered breakfast tacos and had to wait for the staff took care of the donuts orders..then started working on my order and but stopped once again for the donut orders. Cancelled my order and payment for this sad service. I will let all my friends and coworkers not to stop here to eat.

Service is consistently bad! The 3 times we've gone, I was disappointed with the woman behind the counter. The final visit there were Flys all over.. We left without ordering. Will not be back, and it sucks because we don't have any other options in Sienna.

This is a nice little local donut shop in Sienna. Not sure if it's independently owned or part of a chain, since I saw another Snowflake the other day in the middle of nowhere, Texas.The donuts are awesome, better than Shipley in my opinion. Not as good as Krispy Kreme, which are my favorite. They make them fresh each morning and when they sell out, they're gone.They sell Prime here, which my son likes.The service is a bit slow for things like breakfast tacos, although the breakfast tacos are pretty good. The doughnuts are reasonable, the tacos are a little pricey at about $4.39 a piece.

Good donuts

Great donuts, kolaches, breakfast tacos and more within sienna

Terrible customer service. They say they are open at 5 but nothing is ready until 6am. The day before, I placed an order for pickup at 5:30am and paid ahead of time only for them to tell me they are too busy and I will have to wait 30 minutes. They did nothing to try and make the situation better and were rude when I showed them proof of my order.

Great neighborhood donut and kolache spot!

Went for tacos, and decided to order their potatoe, egg, and cheese option. Boy to my surprise they're stupendous!!! Perfect ratio of potatoes to egg and amount of cheese! The lady was excellently gracious. Helped me with my order and had just awesome customer service! I was short on my card and had to split the bill, she blessed me with $4, I only wish I could've tipped, but ends are tight. However, that didn't stop her from doing her best!! she offered salsa as I walked towards the door. Andi excused myself and wish them well. The amount of time spent in there only made me excited to try to tacos. Which by the way had the best flavor. Thanks crew at snowflake donuts for the great tacos! Keep up the great customer service, and delicious tacos!! My new favorite place for breakfast!!
