Sorbetiere Homemade Ice Cream and Sorbet

First time here and it was absolutely delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I got the chocolate shake (and inhaled it, I gave myself a stomach ache I drank it so fast) and my husband got the vanilla and strawberry scoops. He loved his as well. Great prices for delicious desserts!

Great sorbet/ice cream shop in Sienna. They’ve got a great variety of fruit sorbets. They’ve got some really cool flavors you probably wouldn’t find in chain stores. The owner is really nice. Give it a try!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Staying nearby with family displaced by the derecho storm, this gem was new to us. I'm not sure what was better...the super friendly service or the ice cream! This was above & beyond service not experienced often these days. The homemade ice cream is made with natural ingredients like real mint & chocolate with no green dye in the mint chocolate. They have vegan, boozy, & other dietary options. I had the rum & raisin made with Cruzan rum. It was absolutely luscious! Also tried by our group was mint chocolate, butter pecan, & Kahlua coffee.

Wow what a gem in Sienna!

I can’t believe how delicious the ice cream was. It taste NATURAL, unlike other major ice cream chains the owner stays and makes the ice cream herself! The difference is unreal, my wife and I were so impressed. The owner was very patient with me and let me sample until I decided. She was super sweet and nice.

Ice Cream is great, but no sure what's going on the owner today on Mother's Day. As a business owner it's free to give great customer service. First by speaking with customers enter your establishment, she was irritated and her excuse she was tired. Her attitude wasn't pleasant seemed irrated when my mother asked to sample an icecream, which she purchased. Once I witnessed her foul attitude me and my husband decided not to purchase anything. As I tell my employees let you Smile be heard. Maybe she was do better or she want, we will not return.

Wonderful place...Amazing homemade ice cream. Such a friendly & welcoming owner Nadia. They cover all the options, including vegan with agave syrup for sweetness, sorbet is just fruit & water. They even have Adult flavors. Cute storefront. Just Lovely!

Ice cream is good but customer service is pathetic, she was hesitant to give an extra spoon and denied an extra cup to pour ice cream over to a new cup when my baby dropped her spoon to the floor by mistake, she even disappeared after collecting
