I love this place. But I do not know how to let them know this fact- TEXAS TOAST IS NOT A HOT DOG BUN!!!ENOUGH! I love hot dogs and they have ruined hot dogs. PLEASE STOP IT!!!!! I don’t care if I bring my own bun it’s the only way I will ever order a dog. When they first opened it was different, whoever decided this is really dumb! Sell more dogs by actually making the hot dogs Texas toast has no reason there!!!😡 stop it!!!also I was given no utensils- ridiculous!

The lobby is opulent and nice but our theater hadn't been cleaned since the Obama administration. The floor and handrails were sticky, random slips of tickets were crammed into our little table. Everything just felt gross. I don't think we will be going back, which is a shame.

My wife and I went for Date night to see the new Jurassic park. We arrived early and found our seats. Ordered our food about 15mins before the show was to start. Others were arriving and doing the same. Showtime arrived but no show. I figured it was just running late. The food arrived and we nibbled a bit. I prefer to wait for the movie. Others got their food orders. 30 mins later I asked the server if they were having issues. He said he would check with the mgr. A few mins later a man came in and said that he just learned that they were having difficulties and it would be fixed in a few minutes. We never saw him again. Another 30 mins later a woman with a terrible accent came in and said the they were still having issues and we could see another movie if we want or get a refund. I did not want to see what they offered. No one came in after that. Everyone finished their food or left. It was a matter of principal for me at that point. How dare a manager leave paying customers sitting for now what was 1.5 hours late. Finally my wife convinced me we should go. They comped the gratuity which was ridiculous. The servers did their jobs. The managers needed to have their wages docked. You dont know what is happening in your theaters? A few days later I emailed customer relations at the main office. No response. Alamo Draft House just earned me back because of the lack of consideration on Star Cinema Grill. John

I went for the first time. It was both clean and very comfortable. The service was excellent. I recommend it.You can eat and drink while watching a movie,just like you would at home. Thank you.

The food was good, but the service was pretty slow and it took a while to get drinks. Also, I do not like that they automatically add a tip of 18% to every item you buy other than the tickets.
