I placed a large order of 16-20 items, and the staff had the drinks ready on time and they are so friendly when you walk in. The store manager, Stephen, helped me carry drink trays to my vehicle to avoid me making multiple trips. Great management here. I highly recommend. Thank you Missouri City location!

First they charge over me over $20 and don’t want to accept my $50 bill. Then I send someone else for my coffee and the same cashier didn’t close the lid on my iced coffee
properly that it spilled all over the car.

I order two drinks this afternoon Robert the guys at the window was very rude. He rolled his eyes at me with an attitude.After I asked if I could get a cup of water with ice. So unprofessional. Won’t be coming back to this location

I don’t know who allowed them to build that drive thru. It’s clearly made illegally because everyday someone is about to hit someone there. They basically don’t have a drive thru and relying on the side pass by street. Law suit waiting to happen

Went to the drive thru, this was my second time and the 2 African girl were unprofessional snd rude. I asked through the drive thru for warm pastry and it was iced cold. They hv the excuse that it was cold outside. I ordered a hot drink and they didn't give a cover for it. It says warmed on the package but it was cold.
