It was made with old crusty bread, a whole bottle of mayonnaise and veggies were old and slimy. I threw it away. Do not eat here!!

This place needs to be inspected; seriously. First time in the area and decided to stop in for a quick bite. Despite other reviews, the two men working were friendly. However, I knew I had messed up once my sub slid down to condiments. I have never in my life seen spoiled vegetables at a restaurant. The lettuce was brown, the spinach was wet and wilted, the tomatoes were translucent. Bottomline, all of the vegetables have to have been sitting there for at least 5-7 days (I can only imagine the meat). How can you serve this to people? My mother and I didn’t even eat our sandwiches because we were scared of food poisoning. The counter and wall by the register are full of dirt. This store needs a deep cleaning and new management, ASAP! Do not eat here.

I got there at 9:35 pm and the door was locked. It said clearly on the door and on Google that they close at 10pm. When the guy came to the door he said they close the door at 9:30 so they can leave right at 10pm. He only came to the door because he thought I was DoorDash, who arrived while I was there. He let him in and through the glass I had to watch him make a sandwich for that order but he refused to make a sandwich for me. If you close at 9:30 then say that!

It pains me to write this experience as I am customer of the neighborhood for many years. I enjoy patronizing this very location as it the one I've know since growing up. Today's experience is less than favorable as police were involved. I order my meal through the subway app. When arrival to pick up, the two workers one male and female of Hispanic race. Women is short slim build with dark hair look like latest 40s early 50s, male robust with glasses and balding dark hair slightly tall. Tells me that my order has already been picked up. I explained to them that I am the one who placed the order and didn't pick up any meal. Both said workers refused to check cameras. I even showcase my phone and the app in which I placed the order to avail they still refused. The male worker than proceeds to accuse my of petty crime and a petty criminal when I mentioned I will call police to settle the matter. Mind you i have patronize this establishment before with no problems. Both workers on this said shift and day are terrible at customer service. I have no idea of what or why should cause confusion and accusations. I even looked at prior reviews the given to this establishment and it is said something similar to happen before. Nonetheless police settled the matter but this experience needed to be reported. My community people be wary of this place.

This place sucks.. I walked in and noticed people are walking out without food.. Come to find out there is 1 guy in There making sandwiches but he is making online orders before walk in orders while everyone in the store stands around waiting to be acknowledged… That’s why people were walking out, so I walked out to.
I just leave this place, and it’s a older Hispanic lady working here and she is very rude to customers and she didn’t stop there, she was worse to a crew member, no communicating, no teamwork make the dream work with her! I felt so sorry for that young man. Hopefully they do something with her soon!

Walked in at 7pm on December 17, 2024. First and fore most we were not greeted. After we walked in the guy working said “ughhh” not once but twice after a second person walked in as well. That’s not the only thing when he asked if I wanted cheese he said “and you” since he asked my friend first but when I had already told him American cheese when doing mines first. After our sandwiches came out the toaster and after wrapping them he was throwing them. If you don’t like your job, you should quit. Customer service was a 0 out of 10 made me feel so unwelcome when I’m giving my money to them. If I could give 0 stars I would.

When I asked if she could cut my sandwich she proceeded to ignore me so I asked again and she rolled her eyes and responded with I heard you and cut my sandwich through the paper. I have never experienced such awful customer service. If you hate your job this much then quit
