Good Experience
Double check when paying, the 2 gentlemen working there tried to charge me extra for a drink I didn’t order, tried to charge me for a Philly when I order steak. Not coming back to this Subway.

This place sucks.. I walked in and noticed people are walking out without food.. Come to find out there is 1 guy in There making sandwiches but he is making online orders before walk in orders while everyone in the store stands around waiting to be acknowledged… That’s why people were walking out, so I walked out to.

I just leave this place, and it’s a older Hispanic lady working here and she is very rude to customers and she didn’t stop there, she was worse to a crew member, no communicating, no teamwork make the dream work with her! I felt so sorry for that young man. Hopefully they do something with her soon!

Walked in at 7pm on December 17, 2024. First and fore most we were not greeted. After we walked in the guy working said “ughhh” not once but twice after a second person walked in as well. That’s not the only thing when he asked if I wanted cheese he said “and you” since he asked my friend first but when I had already told him American cheese when doing mines first. After our sandwiches came out the toaster and after wrapping them he was throwing them. If you don’t like your job, you should quit. Customer service was a 0 out of 10 made me feel so unwelcome when I’m giving my money to them. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Walked in at 11:14am and wasn’t greeted with anything but a rude attitude. Didn’t make my sandwich correctly. When I asked if she could cut my sandwich she proceeded to ignore me so I asked again and she rolled her eyes and responded with I heard you and cut my sandwich through the paper. I have never experienced such awful customer service. If you hate your job this much then quit

They need to wear hair nets. When I went there last week the person hair was matted, and uncovered. So I left and I'm not returning to that facility
I like the food right here, it came very fast and I really enjoyed it, especially their chicken is awesome, I always visited often and i will introduce my friends come here to enjoy that and their services very friendly. Thanks a lot guys

I was staying late for a meeting after work and my son had done an online order for delivery for dinner. He order the Italian BLT, when he got his order it was completely wrong. They gave him cheese and 2 pieces of bacon. Thats it no veggies nor mustard nor Mayonnaise. What is that?! My son was very upset. We drove to the subway when I got home from work to get his order right and they didn't have Pepperoni. At this point he was just upset and I was very tired and drained from work. But he just took the sub without the Pepperoni. He didn't add veggies like he did on his online order bc they didn't have what he wanted. They only had 2 person working there and the place is small. Will not be returning there again and that's the closes one to my house.

I was so sick after eating here, I forced myself (clammy, nauseas with horrible stomach pains) to drive 25 minutes in the middle of the night to a 24 hour pharmacy just to get pepto. They have a B food safety rating and they should have much lower. I will NEVER eat here again.

went to pick up my lunch from subway and a dasher picked up my order… the lady was like I can’t do nothing about it, yes you can bc for once a dasher shouldn’t have picked it up when I didn’t order from DoorDash, ordered straight from subway app.

Went in last night and the Hispanic short young guy was kind of rude. It was about 820pm 6/23/24 and the cashier was mad because his boss did not train him on how to ring up online gift cards so he basically assumed I would leave. I ask him to call him boss and he became irritated and said I leave at 10pm and my boss is taking to long to answer phone. I told him all he as to do is select gift card on his register and he again said I am trying to go home at 10pm and it is now 850pm. His boss call back and told him to select gift card as payment instead of credit card and he said OH! Then he said it's there fault for not trying me but we need to hurry up because I want to leave on time. WoW!

This place has change more workers in one year. They had one guy working by himself with no help and if you are planning on going u might as well go across to Timmy Chan and pick up your food
