Bad service on Jan 26 2025 12.30 1 pm , Sunday a gentleman was working there at this location he was rude and and he had a bad attitude, if you decide to work there make the best at it customer service is very important.

We came in on 11/06/2024. We bought a deeper. The lady server seems to not know how to do her work. She did not do a good job of wrapping the deeper, and she did not cover the sauce lid firmly. The sauce spilled everywhere. Causing us a lot of problems.

The process of making a sandwich is SIMPLE!
When a person is standing there literally asking for what they want and how they want the sandwich made and have to REPEAT literally every directive, that’s a problem!
Customer service…BASIC…listen to what is being asked, execute! EASY!
After you frustrate a customer, a DIRECT COMMUNICATION IS NOT RUDE! Grow up!

Every time we go to this subway our order is bad. They add things you don’t want, give small portions for the things that you do want, and will build sandwiches (flatbread) horizontally instead of vertically??? The employees are quiet and constantly have to ask again what you wanted.

Not sure why I keep coming back here. This location is slowly becoming one of those Subway stores that if you don't look like you have a Spanish surname, you'll get more bread than sandwich. I think I am done this time.
