Entire store is a dumpster fire. Soda machines all sodas out of order. Placed online order. Found out at the store that item out of stock but app let me place order. No one at store can refund me. No manager on duty. Asked when manager works next. Employee said they didn't know, they didn't even know their manager's name and had never worked with a manager. What is even going on at this store. Have since driven to store 2x for refund. Manager is never working. No one ever answers the phone. This business shouldn't even exist. Mismanaged up the wazoo.

This business is a joke. They let you place online orders. You show up to pick up your online order, they don't have the item that you ordered, and now they can't issue a refund. And there is never a manager on duty and they never answer their phone. Subway shut this place down. They don't know what they're doing.

Order through DoorDash. Didn’t have the bread I wanted. Gave alternative, which is fine. When I received the sandwich, they didn’t toast my sandwich, there were no cheese, no vinegar and oil, no salt and pepper. When I call the store. They hung up on me when I asked for the manager. Very rude!

I really didn’t like this location before because they (the married couple mentioned in other reviews) were always stingy with the amount of meat, cheese and non-lettuce-veggies. But it’s so close and I didn’t want to deal with lunchtime traffic so I went ahead and ordered for pick up. I was hopeful when I saw different employees and very happy to see the order was just as I ordered. The amount of meat cheese and was as advertised (I saw an article that they were getting sued for this same reason immediately after I ordered- thanks for snooping, Technology!). They gave me a perfect amount of the veggies and they brought back olives! I had to post immediately. I hope they keep it up.

Vegetarian options: Olives are back!!!!

Parking: Just a few spots for a bunch of other busy businesses in the complex.

The Original

This location isn't 3.5 stars for no reason. Giving this location 1 star. Food is not that great and hate this is the closet location to my job sadly. I order online because it's more convenient. I've been here a handful of times. I don't think they like my kind of people lol if you know what I mean. The last time I picked up my food, which was today, the owner was very hesitant to give me my food as If he didn't believe it was for me. They need to do a whole 360and you can tell this is franchised owned. They never ever ever have any lemonade avaliable and that be one of the main reason why I come to subway.

This subway is owned by a husband and wife. They are very rude and unfriendly. I’ve eaten here a handful of times as it’s 2 minutes from my home. A couple of times I’ve noticed the vegetables are not fresh. I worry they cut corners with how they manage the restaurant.Today I decided to order via Uber eats. My order was completely screwed up. I ordered a turkey ham cheese double meat double cheese sandwich. I received the sandwich - there was no cheese at all, no double meat and it was toasted. I called the restaurant and spoke with the husband who answered the phone. He pretended to not understand English and gave the phone to his wife who prepared the sandwich. Of all the places customers could eat it’s truly a waste of time to give money to a restaurant that offers horrible customer service. The instructions of the order were even in writing since order was placed via Uber eats. While it’s ā€œjustā€ a sandwich this speaks to a bigger problem. Eating out these days is a luxury whether your meal is $10 or $100 and orders need to be taken and prepared correctly. Needless to say, I’m not going back to this Subway.
