Very bad experience. I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app. Luckily I saw how they were making it. One of them was just throwing stuff on the sandwich. I had to ask him to do it proper. Ultimately, when I opened the sandwich to eat, they were messy as hell. All the sauces were oozong out and the paper was stuck on the bread.

I actually enjoy going to this subway it’s way better than most I’ve been too the ladies were nice and the tall gentleman was customer friendly and handsome. They made my sandwich quickly and everything was clean even the bathroom I like this location it can be upgraded inside like renovated but they always have supplies when I’m there NO COMPLAINTS TWO THUMBS FOR ME:)

Do not go here. The person in charge tried to swindle me of $3.50. When I went to the till to pay she tried to charge me $15.75 for two 6” subs. When I protested and said that doesn’t make sense unless you are charging me $4.00 in tax on $11 in subs. She said let me check and said oh sorry, it is $12.10. I thought she spent too much time entering items on the cashier machine. Too suspicious Mistake or intentional? You be the judge! It is a good thing that I can add numbers in my head. On a side I am not impressed that Subway has decided to block the client’s ability to see the cold cuts that are being put into the sandwich. SUBWAY, what are you hiding?

I’ve been complaining to corporate about the middle aged heavy set black male that works there that has the nastiest attitude! For some reason he has some weird animosity towards curbside and will go out his way to disrespect you. It’s bad enough they don’t have proper packaging for the cookies, yes they wrap it up on napkins.Just ghetto! I will never eat here again!

My chicken sandwich was still cold even when I got it toasted. Store was hot. The employee there sucked. The lady at the register was talking on the phone with her AirPods while on the job. Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend coming here at all.
Having been in many subway locations in fort bend county as well as along 59s to Victoria, I've found this location to be the best and worst. The week day staff is without a doubt the best in every way. The evening staff is so laid back they give the impression they are doing you a favor to wait on you.The Sunday day staff is the worst I've ever seen. The one taking the order has his ear bud on and talking on his cell, the next is the one who places what you desire on your order; he should be at wally- world gathering baskets in the parking lot. The last at the register is aware of everything but not correcting anything.It's a shame. but the don't cares may cause this location to eventually close. Turn the day crew loose to clean house and restaff .
