Although this establishment has curated a bad reputation I've seen a constant seeking out of improvement I understand there from perfection but humans aren't perfect but the improvement I've seen deserves recognition for those who have wronged give them a second chance

Taco Cabana is incredibly well intentioned. In my opinion, Taco Cabana is a hard pass as my experience at different locations, at different times, months apart, left me not wanting the food from Taco Cabana ever again. At Taco Cabana, it seems the food is warmed up when you order it. This is different from being prepared fresh when you order it. The steak fajita burrito I ordered had iceberg lettuce, and some sauce that I can only describe as mayonnaise and thousand island mixed together left me aggravated as I threw it in the garbage. There was nothing fajita about that burrito. I tried the chicken tortilla soup. Also, well intentioned. The chicken was okay, taste wise, because the chicken didn't taste old or spoiled, but it wasn't delicious. It was okay. The broth was too thick and tasted like tomato sauce. The flautas and nachos were not that good either. The nacho cheese was good, but the flautas tasted oily and not very fresh. The soda tasted like cleaner and although it was gross I could tell the soda box needed to be changed. The dining room was empty. The furniture was dirty and lopsided. The salsa was empty and not fresh. The whole place was just in disarray. I didn't see any pests but I'm sure they were there. Ultimately, I know that nowhere is perfect but Taco Cabana is a place to skip. From the tortillas, to the beans, to the rice, to everything else. It all has to go.

This place is horrible they took forever at the window didn't get our drink made us pull up and wait for simple small order! Then when they finally bring the food never brought a drink! So we leave because we are hungry and when we get home my husband didn't get his bean and cheese taco and his steak tacos are no good because the meat is raw and pink and it taste like old nasty meat so I do not recommend you might need new staff member cause this ain't it!!!!!

We ordered fajita steak tacos, and it sent us straight to the can. The service was slow and we felt totally unappreciated.
I just left this location. There was a young lady who mumbled wearing a hoodie upon asking her. What did she say? She said it's slightly louder that she asked me. What did I say? After a brief pause of not understanding why she doesn't understand what I said when she's wearing a headphone, I proceed the answer. At that point she shuts the glass on me.I am assuming it was the manager I was speaking to who proceeded to apologize for her . An attitude that bad does not deserve employment

Ordered food on December 1 at 7 PM for curbside pick up. App said order complete but for 10 minutes nobody would bring the order out. I called three times no one answers the phone. I left a voicemail. Call the corporate office to leave a feedback if anyone actually cares, they’ll call me back and I will edit this Terrible experience. I will never eat here again.

I don't expect greatness in fast food but I've noticed lately that the drive-thru staff seem to dislike their job, as if we are an inconvenience to them. I dislike posting these types of reviews and rather post very positive ones but since the staff represent the company image, I think it would matter to them on how they are being represented. FYI

If I could give -0 I would and that's awful just like my food we wasted 24.00 onHow can the owner/management serve this stuff they gave me a stale taco bowl and 5he meat tasted really bad. Their food before the pandemic was really good today nothing on this cabana bowl was goodAnd any review you see within last yr or so that says food is goods must be someone that works there trying to help with ratings For me to do this it had to be really bad and I feel cheated.

Ordered 2 breakfast chorizo and egg tacos. The 2 tacos were cold and bland. Taco Cabana is a better choice in Pearland . Each time I have gone to purchase the same Taco's at the Pearland location, they are much better and flavorful. I will not return to the Missouri city location.
