The b**** at the front desk was very rude don't know her name but she looked just like a rat so you can tell who it is , I asked her where my order is and she ignored me the first time , when I said "hello?" Her fat a** turned around and said don't talk to me while I'm working and denied my order for DoorDash , I got paid either way so she did me a favor but I don't understand why they hire these ghetto Mexican bitches

Not impressed, ordered 24 wings, 3 different sauces and they tasted old. The fries were cold and undercooked. Best thing were the rolls. Will definitely not be wasting my time or money again. Too many options around the area.

This location is pretty consistent with their service. They're usually busy in the evenings. The staff is pretty cool. Best wings in the area. Wingstop is clearly underrated. The new seasonal sauces are on point. This is my go to store when I'm in the area! 5 stars for a clean, fast service and good tasting fast food joint!

I called the store after accidentally putting an order in the computer wrong and EDUARDO was so rude. He wasn't listening and was talking over me and flat out didn't care at all. He was in no way helpful. This was one of the worst cases of bad customer service i've ever had. I will no longer be ordering from Wingstop because of this man. He should not be working in the service industry around the public. And when I ask for a manager I was told there is not one on duty tonight. What????? On a Saturday night, no manager. What kind of operation is being run at that location. SMH, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WINGSTOP!!!!!!!!

Ordered takeout for my employees on a random Tuesday...the amazing part was the entire order was correct! Right?! Over $120.00 worth of food and not one wrong order or forgotten item! Crazy! Wingstop tastes the same in almost every city I've lived in. And this location is not different. My usual garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper wings with a side of ranch tasted great as always! Except I got boneless as I didn't wanna go all in at work! Downside...there was a hair in one of the orders of fries. My employee called the location to let them know and the manager said "my cook is bald"...she almost lost it on the phone... ...good but due to a lack of customer service will not return.

I ordered food online for pickup. Get to the restaurant and call in to see if my order is ready. The Hispanic guy in the front answered with a really nasty attitude telling me my order would be ready at a different time than stated on my ticket. So I patiently wait outside for my order to be ready. As I walk in the door, the large and want to be in charge Hispanic guy charge me up saying, NO MASK NO SERVICE NEED MASK TO ENTER! Very rude and disrespectful! I believe the mandatory mask in public starts tomorrow. But the Hispanic guy that walked in 2 minutes before me with no mask was ok. I had to speak with the nice lady in the front who gladly gave me my order so I could go home and enjoy my meal. The customer who entered before me thought it was rather strange this guy is charging me up. Let him know Black Live Matter and he need to treat everyone the same! He should not let his homies from his country slide on any rules the restaurant is enforcing!

So I've been going to this Wingstop for while and I just have to say thank you to the cooks Sam and Gilda they do such an amazing job! And also a big thank you to the front end employees of Wingstop James (aka) JR and Braeden because they're always happy whenever I walk in to the store and that's something you don't see all the time! A+ on the customer service and the food!!!

The absolute worst service I think I have ever received. Manuel clearly has some sort of comprehension issue and couldn't get my order right if his life depended on it. I had to make three separate trips to the location, and still have not eaten as of yet almost an hour and a half later. The stuff that worked there tonight was just horrible! No manager on duty, can't count, refusing to replace orders, you name it. Staff reached out to management who is clearly out having an awesome Friday night. And instead of replacing my very wrong order, they decided to offer me a 20% discount on the next one as if I would return. Please do better and higher people who can comprehend because this makes absolutely no sense. I had to call a totally different location to even get the managers info which he's still not answering. Since I still don't have the correct order either, please know I will be filing a dispute for the $65.45 that I spent.

After a long day at work, I decide to stop at this location. I only order 6 pieces and extra large fries. Wait like 20 minutes for my order and drove home to enjoy my dinner. This time I totally waste my time and money The wings and fries were way too salty;( So disappointed, I hope they can be more careful...
