I had a HORRIFIC experience at this location- not because the staff on duty was just the worse or the location was unkept, but I quite literally got scammed.

Today I came to get an açaí bowl & a buffalo chicken wrap. The welcome in this location was stiff. The young woman taking my order already seemed spaced out, but that’s a different experience smh. My total came out to be $20.98. I pay $10 in cash & the rest, I put on my Apple Pay card. I watch the purchase go through on my phone for $10.98. Cool? No, for some reason it shows declined on their card reader, yet my money is completely gone… we try the transaction again, this time is takes exactly $2.96 out of my account…. That’s a completely different charge from $10.98. Yet it’s still shows declined. The young lady is just looking at me with that spaced-out expression, so I ask for someone else. Another young woman comes & I show her the transactions on my end- being APPROVED. She has no idea what to do, so she calls her store manager- whom might I add, is NOT at the location. Why isn’t there a store manager?!? Idek. He tells her over the phone that because it declined on their end, they can’t give me anything, but I need to wait for my bank to post the transaction & then I “can” come back. So now I’m aggravated. What’s disturbing is that I had to ASK for my money back. She goes to register & brings back my cash & tells me to have a nice day.

I don’t believe I’ve ever given a restaurant one star before, but I have to here. We were on a tight deadline. I placed an order on the app so that way I could just pick it up when I arrived 20 minutes after I placed the order my order hadn’t even started yet. I had to wait almost another 10 minutes to get the food and we were late.

Came in today and it was not the normal staff. It’s sad that the only time I have a good experience is when the manager and the other young lady who is normally there with her are there. They need to get rid of everybody else and start over. Lord forbid this store loses those 2 associates , because this store will shut down. It seems the owners don’t seem to care about what’s going on at location

Quick service and good food and smoothies

I went through the drive thru and was pleased. The wait time was about 10 minutes (2 cars were in front of me). My order was repeated for clarification. No complaints. I will add this one to my list to visit again.
