got a quesadilla last week that was terrible. basically just tortilla. and ive gotten a jetty jr a few times now and its pretty good but today i went inside and they have 0 manners or customer service skills

My family and I love ordering from here. The owner has such positive energy and extremely friendly. It’s no wonder why her staff is so pleasant when we visit. She leads by example.

The food is always fresh and packaged well. My açaí bowl is always perfect. I especially love when I order from DoorDash and everything that I order is in the bag. Big plus on this one!!! Thanks to the very busy and very friendly staff at TS in Missouri City.

This is to commend the lady on duty last Sunday night 11/3 in the drive thru. Excellent customer service. We had a miscommunication with my order but she was quick to rectify it. Very courteous and always had a smile. Will definitely be back.

Food and smoothies are always pretty good but today for some reason the guy at the drive-thru window felt it necessary to visibly show his annoyance with my request to remove the ranch and bacon from my sandwich by rolling his stupid eyes and shaking his head while reading my preferences on the screen. Very rude behavior, customer service or not. If someone I knew was sitting at the table with me while eating and they did it I would consider it rude then as well, but he especially should have tamed his face in this case since he is a customer facing worker. People are so out of touch with their humanity nowadays. Just in case anyone was wondering, it was the chubby white or maybe hispanic (can’t tell) guy with black and grey curly hair. He was not wearing a name tag. (Of course he wasn’t)

I was so excited to see that there was a tropical smoothie cafe so close to me! But man was I disappointed!!!! The Açaí Bowl that I love so much. Sucked!!!! It was like soup! Never ever will I be back! Plus the service was pitiful. Too much $$$ to spend for what I received. Sorry NOT SORRY! ????
