This is an authentic Chinese restaurant specializing in a variety of traditional Chinese breakfasts. Please note their operating hours: closed Monday to Wednesday, open Thursday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. My top three favorite dishes are soy milk, pan-fried pork buns, and rice rolls.
U Village in Missouri City is a fantastic spot for Chinese cuisine. We ordered the Youtiao (Chinese fried bread), beef pan-fried dumplings (delicious with a crispy bottom), vegetarian steamed dumplings, spicy tofu soup, and a couple of large cups of hot soy milk with a little sugar. Every traditional Chinese breakfast here are worth to try, especially pork bun (yummy) and soy milk (not sweet and healthy). However, the portion they offer is Asian style, not Texas style, so it's not a good news for big eater???
