Came and ordered fresh chocolate chip cookies and was told the wait would be 12 min, cool. Well 15 min pass and go in to check just for them to forget to bake the cookies. They were slow. No other cars in line while we waited. How did that happen?! Well we still waited and got burnt cookies that the manager gave us herself AFTER waiting a total of 30 min. How you give your customer BURNT COOKIES?! SMH

Miss a whole scoop from my chilli. Asked for lettuce and tomatoes on a burger didn't have it. Walked in the worker was sitting down chilling. This one will not be open too much longer I am sure of it. Should have gave it no star!

The communication wasn't good. I ordered a blueberry lemonade with no ice and was brought a strawberry lemonade with ice. I informed the person I ordered a blueberry lemonade with no ice. I was told at that moment that they don't carry that anymore. I told the lady that the person who was taking the order should of informed me of that at that time. Communication was very bad. The menu sign should have that removed from the sign.

Placed an order online for pick up. Went to the drive thru and was told I needed to come inside since I used doordash, so I unloaded my sleeping baby just to be handed my food, no signature needed nothing just petty.

Unfortunately this store has been switching up orders lately, it's kind of bad when you get items that are not yours. This has happened several times, good idea to train the staff to check orders.
The Spanish lady that works at this location that was taking out the trash at 12:13 was giving me an attitude and would not make the DoorDash order she said they were closed and proceed to walk off huffing under her breath I do not recommend doordashing from this location when this lady is work as she was extremely rude

Stopped in before midnight on a Wednesday after a long shift. I checked the closing time before stopping. I waited for the car before me to order, then the man on the drive thru told me they were closed. I said the time posted was 1am and that was more than an hour out. He ignored me. I left.
