I stopped by to a burger and a medium frosty. I decided to the medium because I figured that the small Frosty would be small. I was shocked to find out that the medium was smaller than the 99 cent Frosty from a few years ago,only the cost is $3.25 now. You've lost a customer. That was ridiculous!!!

Horrible !! Went in on Saturday the 25 the lady that was taking my order didn’t speak English at all she had to keep calling over the drive thru person to help her. food was cold, fries were cold ! I think there were only three people working that day 😡 so I didn’t argue with them . how does a huge company like Wendy’s only have three people staffed at peak hours never going back again !

Came through here and the guy working didn’t say a word to us at the window, and look the CHEESE PAPER IS IN MY CHICKEN SANDWICH!!!! PAPER!!!! IN MY SANDWICH. this location needs to either be shut down or have a whole employee wipe out. It was under the cheese and on top of the chicken I pulled it out to show my husband. I can’t believe this! How reckless can one person be?

I have went to this location several times and got cold or old food. After several months I thought I would give them another try. I received cold fries. I asked for hot fries. The cashier was nice but the man that brought my food out was upset and had a very bad attitude. I am old enough to be his grandmother and he talked to me like I was a gangster. I said thank you and Happy Thanksgiving. He rolled his eyes and never said a word. I will never return. PS nor will I eat the food after he was so hateful. I don't feel safe to eat it.
