Slow as H E L L!!!! I been waiting 20 minutes for the chicken fajita taco, the one in pearland i goto regularly by the movies is so much faster, this is sad, i walked in and 2 guys been waiting before us and are still here....

Poor service always getting the wrong food and always no matter what time of the day it is I’m always waiting least a minimum of 30min, i just got food for my kids, and i ordered bacon taquitos they gave me sausage taquitos instead of beacon egg cheese and potato taquitos, the food was cold fries were soggy nothing was fresh, i never call in to places or complain anywhere but today left me with no choice but to call and after the call i have no other choice but to write a review. I strictly called to complain about the taquitos nothing else and the night manager basically told me I have to bring all my food that I ordered with my receipt so they can process a refund for everything I said I don’t wanna refund anything other than the taquitos and he went on by saying that he can’t help me then telling me that I have to bring the whole order of food and they will refund me and start a new order for me? That does not make sense I waited 47min for my food I dont want to wait another 47min for a “New Fresh” order. This place is ran very poorly, from the employees to the management. And I threw the taquitos in the garbage. Definitely not going to be coming back to this location.

I came to this location for lunch. I got the number seven, and when I received my order, the Burger had the tomatoes on the outside light and I had to put it right back on.. I will not be back to this location again. You’re not supposed to serve your customers like a sloppy burger the way I will serve today.. do better.

We have ordered from here for 3 years and I've been here 4....tonight we placed an order via the app. 1005pm. Ready time 1011pm. 1011pm arrive at speaker and give them our order info. Says pull up to window 2. 2 lanes.... Usually B lane is app orders. 22 minutes from speaker to window. Cold food. Told them about it and said we could park and have it remade.... Not sure what has happened to this parti uksr restaurant over the last 6 months but it's gone from 4 stars to 1....

The workers look like they want to kill themselves. Overstaffed and people arguing with each other the whole time. Food takes 40 minutes to get out to you when you order 1 burger. Didn't see one person smile. Avoid this place at all costs. If I could do a zero star I would. Needs an entire new staff and training system to redeem itself.

I have both dined and delivered with this location and they are always on point. I personally have never had anything wrong with my food and they're always Pleasant to deal with. And when I do Uber Eats or doordash at this location they're extremely professional and it doesn't usually take a couple of toes to get the food. I recommend this location. I will say that I generally visit this location after 8:00 p.m. so I typically only deal with the night shift. And they are on point. And they're always friendly.
Vegetarian options: So technically if you're a vegan you can get a hash brown only sandwich. I only know this cuz my sister is vegan and this is her way around getting to use the ketchup. LOL

I want to know since when does Whataburger meals come with large fries instead of medium?...I came to this location today is my 3rd time visiting them. I noticed every time I come here I get large fries on my meal. The first couple of times I thought they were out of md fries carton. But today I decided to check my receipt and I noticed they will charge you for lg fries on the meals instead of the regular md but keep the drinks md. I know for a fact they supposed to be asking customers if they want to upgrade their fries on the meal. You can't be charging customers without their consent. I understand you guys want to build sales but by cheating the customers is not the honest service to do it. Not to mention they charge you a large drink if you ask for a cup of water.
