On our way to Galveston we stopped for a quick burger at the drive thru. The young guy Jose, had a great demeanor. He was friendly and seemed happy as he greeted us at our window. The drive thru was busy so he had to take our payment and bring our food to the second lane. It was hot out and despite this he still seemed to enjoy his job. Our burgers were perfectly prepared and delivered hot and fresh. Good job, Whataburger!!

Rating one percent would be a service for this store especially at night. There is only one qualified customer service rep here it's like class moved out and the hood moved in this store. Their rude here and loud for no reason

It’s not like I hold high standards, and I usually try to avoid this location. Was desperate tonight I guess… ended up sitting in line for almost 20 minutes before they asked me what my order was again and had me drive to the front of the building. Sat for another 8. I don’t think I’ve ever waited less than 15 minutes here. Worst whata service in Houston.
