I ordered wins and fries. I asked for fresh food and the guy said 10min. I walked out door and in 2 and a half mins they said your food is ready. I opened the food and they food was old and over sauced to try and hid it was old. The fries were so salty that you could wipe off the salt and your entire finger would be covered in salt and when I eat one from the middle it was so salty your eyes watered. They said they would recooks fries and chicken but when I got in my vehicle I noticed they put the same old wings at the bottom and added more sauce to cover it up. This location has went down and will not return.

Placed an order with fries included. I went to the car to view my food and immediately saw that the fries were very stale. I returned them and requested fresh fries. This location's food and service has declined. I will not be returning and, that's disappointing because it's located not far from my home.

As a suggestion, they should train everyone, especially the cashiers who are in charge of serving the customer, to be more empathetic, since many times we as customers have certain ideas and it is our right to ask and if they get upset, let alone be treated badly. It is important that they understand that without customers there is no business. It is important that they practice empathy more. I carried out the service by placing the order by phone and a young lady attended to me. I called at 1:45 pm. I don't know her name. It's strange and uncomfortable to receive bad treatment when you're paying for a service.

EVERYTIME I either place an order or attempt to place an order something goes wrong. Today I go to get my food and asked why the fries were not fried hard as I requested and the cashier/ manager stated well you came late that's why. The attitude of there people. Then I asked for extra sauce because the wings were dry and looked at the receipt and said you got mild so it soaked in the chicken. As a customer, when I'm paying my money for a service I do not and will not accept anything less then what I will give or do for someone. So I will never patronize this business again due to the staffs attitude.
