The food is ok. The service is horrible. The people answering the phone don’t seem to have phone etiquette and the female manager is rude and makes excuses for her employees when they make mistakes instead of rectifying the situation. Horrible horrible service.

I will post everyday and drive this number down because if they way they stole my money, until the manager Fatima and her supervisor reach out to me. There have been many instances from other reviews where ppl are upset abt management here. You have no accountability and no concern to make it right. Worst Wingstop in Texas

The “manager” Fatima was very rude and unprofessional!! The chicken was cold and hard. The fried were cold and soggy.. She acted as if she couldn’t remake my order.. I asked for corporates number she told me to look it up myself… I never leave reviews but do not go here!

It is in your best interest to do whatever it takes to not go to this location. For years, consistently poorly cooked wings. You are guaranteed to get the slimiest wings every time. Drive a little bit more and head somewhere else cause they cant cook to save a life. This has always been something I’ve known, as a native to the area but I ordered through delivery and was unable to select the location. In a beautiful world they would close that location down until the workers can get it together 😂

My order was incorrect, so I went to the store to return it. When I arrived, the workers were playing around and dropping packages of cups on the floor. I informed the manager, Fatima, that I was missing a chicken sandwich and had received the wrong wing flavor. She was extremely rude and initially refused to remake my order. When they finally agreed, the workers simply tossed the returned wings in a different sauce to cover up the original mistake. When I asked for corporate contact information, Fatima refused to provide it. Other employees confirmed she was the manager on duty. She told me I was wasting my time and that she was busy. Eventually, she offered a refund. I asked why they don’t answer the phone, and she said they’re too busy. This was the worst Wingstop experience I’ve ever had. Earlier that day, I had taken my coworkers to another Wingstop location, enjoyed the new wing flavor, and decided to purchase them for my family—spending over $100 at two locations in one day, only to be treated with disrespect.

Ordered online and PAID FOR ALL FLATS!! And I still got drums!! It’s annoying everytime I order from wing stop and pay extra for flats I never get them!!

This location has become so trash. I ordered my wings well done and received a burnt, crumbly mess. I complained to the staff and asked for a remake and was told that they had a small batch of wings come in so it makes the wings burnt. What does that have to do with me? Obviously common sense will you if the wings are smaller, then the cook time should be adjusted accordingly. Fries were raw and dumped with literally the whole container of seasoning. In the end, I was told there was nothing that could be done and to call corporate. Just rude and not customer service oriented at all. Will be visiting other locations from here on.

This location is a joke , bad service they never answer the phones . Always rushing when taking orders . Used 5 phones to try to call and make an order . Instead i went to pizzahut next door , they answered on the first try and the food was good and they also were busy.

Is just bad to know you have a Wingstop near the community and by 11pm or sooner lights go off , phones stop getting pick up and when I when I went up there got turn down at 11:30 and the employee said they stop taking orders and I insisted and he still refuse so I called the Wingstop @ post oak and they picked up took my order and I was able to feed the family because we had been so busy anyways definitely disappointed with the locations system and them not trying to keep the buisnnes running till the 12 am as advertised!!

I have been coming here and never had an issue until now with the new staff. I get off work really late and couldn’t even order anything because they stop taking orders at 11:30pm when it clearly says it closes at 12am. Never had this problem before , they never answer the phone so I can make my order before 11:30. I literally have to drive to the post oak location and get my order from there and it be past 11:30pm and that location is still taking orders.

The service gets a 3 because me and my husband and I called a total of 4 times, and the phone rang and rang and rang with no answer. So, on the 5 time calling, they finally answered and the young lady didn't even say you're welcome at the end of the call. Please do better at this very busy location.
