Worst Wingstop Ive Ever Had!! Wasted my money...it was horrible

I usually like Wingstop, but my visit to this location was awful because of one employee named Lydia. From the moment I walked in, she had a bad attitude — rushing me, cutting me off while I tried to order, and even raising her voice when I asked for a second to look at the menu. She was rude and made me feel super uncomfortable for no reason. The place wasn’t even busy, so there was no excuse for how she treated me. Her tone and attitude completely ruined my experience, and honestly, I won’t be coming back to this location again because of it. Management really needs to address how customers are being treated here.

They don't like to work here. Very slow service. my food was just sitting there and the guy was in the back just chillin: Leaned over talking to his co-worker and looking on his phone completely ignoring me. There wasn't a single person in there. It took the cook (the short hispanic lady) to finally attend to me and see what I needed. She didn't even speak english yet she was the only one who cared enough to help me. She finally handed me my order. It got worse when I got home and opened it up. The wings didn't even have any seasoning. This place is pathetic

This was my 1st time visiting this Wingstop and I can really say the food and service was GREAT. I came from the Wingstop on FM 2234 which is close to my house and I can honestly say all the times I visited it I never received the quality of food or great service. This night I was so upset with them at FM 2234 that I canceled my order and I drove to this Wingstop on 7260 Hwy 6 and was Greatly impressed. I Will Be Driving To This Wingstop On 7260 Hwy 6 Moving Forward. My wings were not hard or dried out, I was able to get ALL FLATS with no problem and the wings and fries were Seasoned Perfectly.

WORST LOCATION IN HOUSTON! Extremely poor customer service, cold/undercooked chicken, no resolutions offered to customers when their employees make errors. The assistant manager Stephanie laughed on the phone call about my concerns, refused to tell me the name of the previous employee I spoke with who was very rude, told me a cook is the phone who answers the phones, as well as not allowing me to contact the general manager. I will NEVER eat here again. Save your money!

I placed an order that included the Louisiana Voodoo Cheese Fries, but the fries were delivered without any cheese. I called to report the issue, but was placed on hold for over 15 minutes without anyone picking up. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I’m very disappointed with the experience. I hope this can be addressed and improved going forward.

Horrible place. Very unprofessional staff. Please find a nearby WingStop or you will hate WingStop chain because of this store. WingStop seriously needs to think about replacing the shop management to avoid further damage to WingStop reputation.
