I opened my box and saw I had hair on my wings . This is sad I threw the whole meal away. Do not go here !!!!
I ordered 100 piece meal for Superbowl Sunday. I must say the order was ready as I walked in the door. My complaint is, the cooks must have tried to fry every order at one time. Some of the wings were not done, some half done and to top it off, they forget the seasonings on the wings. So basically, I got half done friec wings no seasonings. I asked for ketchup to which the cashier assured me everything was in the bag. Well there were 2 pkg of ketchup for 4 LG fries. I paid to the upper end of $200 for crappy food to host a Superbowl party. Failed again.

This is the third time they accept order on uber eats and then cancel the order when it’s time for the delivery! So unprofessional and so rude of them. Why do you even accept order when you are not ready to serve your customers? Why are you on uber eats even? This is ridiculous behavior and it’s not the first time ! Pathetic service!

I would have given service 0 starts if I could I went in on Thursday night to purchase wings. Both guys at the register were drinking from fountain cups crunching ice. I was told there were.not any boneless wings and I could not sub bi e i. For the ape idk …. As I was trying to get clarity and ask others question the guy in black with no name badge was texting on his phone and told me basically ….well this is our policy and we have bone in only so you want this or not……..the whole time he’s looking down at his phone. Customer service at that wingstop is long gone. When I asked for the manger he said there no manager here and he did it know when she was coming in. I left and decided not to sone my money for rude service .

Very very rude unprofessional workers. The worker named Jay I will attach his picture below was very rude and unprofessional. I will actually take this to management. Not store management but company management. I don’t know how he is working there. When I explained my concern he told me if I am right in the head and started laughing. And told me to leave in a very disrespectful way. Like I said I will take this to another level.

Worst Wingstop I’ve been to. Workers don’t care about customer service or have any kind of respect for their patrons. Came inside to eat with my kids and asked for water cups. Said they don’t offer water and it would be over $6 and just roller her eyes and shrugged.
So rude. Food takes forever. The restaurant is always covered in smoke and smells of burnt fryers and the TVs aren’t even on but stuck on the main menu. Horrible “atmosphere”

Sarah very rude argued with me about ranch sauce.Ordered 100 wing combo and additional order.She act like it was the end of world to give me a extra ranch after making a large purchase I was told you can only receive 8

Terrible, undercooked fries. We stopped coming to this location years ago for this same reason and apparently this location hasn't changed. I even ordered well done, but I still had to put them in the oven in order to finish cooking them.

Wingstop messed up my order after ordering through the app. They told us the delivery was through DoorDash, so we called there and they could not help us. So we called Wing Stop and they could not help us….so whose fault is it. I guess don’t order from Wingstop as they will mess up your order and will refuse to help you.

Absolutely horrible location!! They have me 10 tiny over cooked wings that were cold!! Never again! Especially in this economy!!! $23 WASTED!!!!!
Super friendly folks with very accurate orders every time. You may want to teach other organizations how to accurately complete orders. Great work! Highly recommended!

Usually I love wingstop, but last night's order gave me the worst food poisoning ever. The staff who handles the food really needs to do better. The taste was fine, everything was fine, but clearly it was not prepared or handled correctly because I have been sick since 2 am. Vomiting and diarrhea.
