I ordered livers and whole wings!! I like my livers fried soft , BUT they always fry them really hard when I got to the car got one out to cool took a bite it was hard and left a greasy coating in my mouth. WHY can’t they ever get my order wright or am I asking too much???

We went thru drive-thru, about 5:50pm, told our order, was told it would be 15 mins & he asked if we wanted to wait and said we would, immediately he commented “oh you will wait”!, it may not have been 15 mins, we live about 8 mins from this location…chicken seemed to be a little more brown/darker than usual(oil getting old?), the mashed potato container had a deep indention & missing about 1 1/2” below being full, cole slaw was cold.

I'm very impressed with how fast I got my food, the quality of food was great! Highly recommend the cherry pies!! James did an amazing job! The chicken was cooked perfectly and was delicious!!!The manager on duty was extremely helpful and very informative. It was extremely busy but all team members did great job. The store was clean and the atmosphere was nice. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

Honestly this is my favorite chicken express location. The customer service provided by Shanika her team make it worth the drive. This location definitely deserves some recognition from all their hard work.

First time to ever try Chicken Express it was pretty good I had no complaints the food was good it was fresh it took a little longer but I'm okay with that as long as it's hot when it comes to me so I guarantee you'll like it or my name isn't Orville redenbacher

This was great food, I mean Chicken Express might be the best fastfood restaurant I've been to.
The chicken is delicious, god I wish I had more fries in a box, and the drinks taste more original compared to other places. The service is nice, but the prices are meh. it's nice to have one of these in MB and I wish it had more employees.
