First time ever coming and went to the window since the drive thru was packed. Took a while to even take our order. They forgot about the lady in front of us, gave us part of our order and the ones that took our order left! A young lady noticed we were waiting when she came in and immediately came to help us and apologized for the wait, which we appreciated.

At first, I wasn't a huge fan, but they have a ton of sugar free options. They have a huge variety for everyone from adults to kids, and it's a one stop shop.

I love Dutch Bros.. but today I was in a long line and was waiting patiently and the boy that was taking peoples orders skipped my f150 to goto a car that just pulled up and took their order instead of mine. My boyfriend mentioned to him that we have been in line waiting and he said that they are supposed to go in a zig zag motion taking orders and that we would be after the car that just pulled up. So I left due to this lack of compassion for my time and the time or their customers.

Look I like dutch bros nothing against you at all but why do does my drink get less and less every time I ask for lite ice the vampire Slayer is amazing but the first time it got watered down then the last 2 times I went asked for lite ice and your gonna charge me for a full large cup with 1/3 of my drink missing why?
