Way too expensive to call what we got a platter. Also, nobody wants a warm shot of deep eddy’s lemon. As a lover of Floyd’s in Beaumont and after giving this one 2 tries, we were extremely disappointed and won’t be back to the Mont Belvieu location. Not sure why so many hype it up. It has potential to be a great place, but now I see why it’s never packed.

Best thing about meal was sweet tea. Shrimp over cooked fries limp oily mess boudain balls raw. Overpriced and horrible food. Should have paid attention more people drinking than eating.

Keilly is awesome! She was friendly, attentive, took care of us even though she was not our assigned server! Fried frog legs are the best!

My honest feedback regarding our recent experience at your restaurant.

Upon arrival, we entered through the regular door to reach the takeout area and were quickly pointed in the right direction. However, despite there being only a few customers and approximately eight servers available, we ended up waiting at the takeout section for about 10 to 15 minutes before we finally called someone from the back who was passing by to assist us. I must commend the server who eventually helped us; they were fantastic and guided us through our selections with great care.
Now, onto the food review. I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken, and I must say I was quite disappointed. The cutlet was incredibly thin—almost paper thin—which resulted in it being very dry and clearly overcooked. The gravy that accompanied the dish was also a letdown; it was too thin for my taste. As someone who enjoys a hearty gravy, I found it lacking in richness and substance. The redbeans also a bit much salt for my liking.Unfortunately, I ended up throwing the meal away.
On the other hand, my sister ordered the Smothered Pork Chop, and I have to give it a solid 10/10.( I tasted a piece) It was tender, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. This dish was a clear highlight of our meal, showcasing that not everything everywhere is a winner but the pork chop was!
While my experience with the Chicken Fried Chicken was disappointing, my sister's meal was excellent, and I believe your restaurant deserves another chance. I appreciate the effort your staff put into their service and hope that my feedback can help improve the overall dining experience.

Patty melt and onion rings were terrible. It's edible, but food should be satisfying to eat. Meat was tough, and no flavor. The onion rings were cut way to thin and overcooked.
I may come back to try the seafood section, but not sure. This was my fist time here.

Year after year, their sevice is horrible. Food? Yes, it's great. But you cannot get a decent server to save your life. You order a bottle of wine and they can't even pour a glass? You can't get a refill on your drink or a place setting to eat your meal with? Why do you always have to flag down the bartender when there are less than five customers yet six employees standing around chatting?? AGAIN ... this is not a one off review, it's three ++ years in the making. Sometimes the food isn't worth it.
