Horribly trained staff all around. They do not know how to work efficiently. They continuously just park people and then wait until they have multiple orders to take out before taking any out. Half the time the food is cold. All they care about doing is the DoorDash type orders. It’s proven anytime you go in. They get those out the door constantly meanwhile you’re either inside waiting or outside parked & waiting for your order that was placed before the doordash orders even show up. I’ve witnessed them multiple times stacking in person customer orders up & working on the doordash orders. I honestly hate going to this horribly ran location.

I came in to McDonalds at around 12 and I was told that they where not serving food for about 45 minutes so I left for about 15 minutes and came back for a online order to be told again that I would have to wait another 45 minutes I don’t know what could have taken 45 minutes to make some burgers but the place was not crowded at all and I went home hungry after a day at work

When McDonalds takes longer than the Whataburger next door you got some problems. App is worthless, the first thing they cut you off with before you can get a sentence out is will you be using the app today. Yet the one time I said yes, it was mass confusion and I still had to pull up into a spot when I preordered 10 min ahead of time, then waited 10 min in the line and when they say pull around to a numbered spot go ahead and add 15 minutes.

Placed an order for dine in. Entered the table number and it told me to sit down and wait for my food. No receipt. They never served me. They just left the order at the front counter after shouting some order number but not the table number I entered. If you aren’t going to do dine in service then don’t make it an option. No one even bothered to look for me. I couldn’t see the counter from my seat to even know it was there. I was expecting it to be brought to me like it said and like other McDonald’s do.
