I like McDonald's, but I was disappointed they no longer had their garden salads. They were really good. We got the kids meals for my grandsons and they really liked it.Kid-friendliness: McDonald's has always aimed to be kid friendly.
Ordered our food on the app.i did it to where I was picking it up at the drive thru..I pick it up and go home, and they didn't put my girlfriends homestyle burger in the bag. And this is very aggravating. I don't think they understand what this does. Someone doesn't get to eat until the person that went eats ..so it isn't more of a loss. because the fries are usually at best luke warm when I get home anyways.. so she calls them and a girl answers and automatically on the defensive saying she has been watching the line and they hadn't missed anything...well this person needs to go get a eye checkup!!! But irregardless I take the receipts to the drive thru and was telling the young man at the window about the situation and this girl comes up to him saying it was in there I said no it was not , I said do you think I would go through all of this to try to get a homestyle burger for free? Because let me inform you i don't want or expect anything ever for free ! But what I do expect is to get what I paid for!!! So basically this girl is saying I am lying! That pissed me off because it has cost me enough already at this point gas for 2 trips, my girlfriends main part of her meal missing. So she gets to eat her fries , then later gets her hamburger, what a screwed up deal. And then when she finally got it. it was made wrong. But what made this a really messed up deal is this young girl with the neck tattoo basically saying I was a liar..let me tell you something, I am not a liar and want nothing for free from McDonald's ...and this place definitely lost a few customers over it. If nothing else,I know they have cameras in there, show her the video where she is wrong! and she needs to learn how to treat customers. Because I would never spend another dime at this one...

Very nice place. I remember coming here in October 2020 after coming back from Galveston. We came here to make a pit stop to get some food so we used the kiosk to order our food and they got it right. The employees are also very helpful. Definitely recommend this place including the kiosk.

Iv order the most basic order. Nuggets and fries and i have dont this 5 times and 4 out of the 5 times if done this iv gotten someone else's order. I didn't return to correct it because for 1 you are hired to do a job I a customer should have to fix your mistake. Associates need to slow down and pay attention to the orders being sent out to customers.

They never get the order right! Ordered vanilla ice coffee today and it tasted like yesterday’s watered down coffee with too much creamer! Needless to say it went down the drain! Truly the last time I will give them my hard earned money as there are too many fast food establishments just waiting to take it ?!

This place needs some better leadership. Lorena, the Manager, stood there and watched me waiting for our food. I had ordered on the kiosk about 10 minutes before and ordered to go. After waiting for 5 more minutes at the counter, she asked if I wanted our drinks. After she gave me the cups, they placed our fries in the fryer, 15 minutes after I had ordered at the kiosk. There were employees eating, drinking, and just standing around behind the counter by the work stations. When my wife and I went to get our cups filled at the drink station, we can hear some employees on the other side of the drink machine cursing and complaining about his girlfriend. I went back and asked Lorena what was the hold up and she said they were waiting on the fries. I told her that she had people cursing and just standing around and eating. Lorena went to talk to the employee that was cursing. The employee that was cursing did come to the counter and apologized to us. Lorena finally gets our order and placed it on a tray. I told her that it was to go. She then places it inside a bag, grabs the receipt and wads it up and throws it in the trash. I asked her for the receipt and she said she threw it away. She asked me if I really wanted it and I told her yes. She prints out 3 different receipts and then gives me the third receipt. It was not even what I had ordered on the receipt she gave me. We leave and when we get home, the damn food was COLD... I Will NOT RECOMMEND this place at night. I would give 0 stars if allowed.

My online order was messed up and there computers were down BEATRICE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO YELP ME AT 2:40 AM on December 20 2023! She was a godsend and I will tell my coworker to visit this McDonalds!
