Papa Johns Pizza

My wife was out of town so decided to cheat on my diet. I had been saving this day for a month. I ordered online for delivery. After waiting what felt like eternity the pizza arrived. See pics. The driver must have drifted every turn to get here then carried the pizza like trapper keeper from the 90s. I called in and store offered to replace it but warned me they only had 1 driver.

Pizza was delivered, looked like it slid off the seat. Didn’t even look like a pizza. This is the second time I ordered from this store and the second time I was disappointed.

I had not had Papa John’s in a very long time. I ordered the Works and it was probably the best pizza I have had in years. Phebe provided top notch customer service from beginning to end. I was treated like I was someone. I will be back not just because the pizza was outstanding but because Phebe treated me like I was the most important customer they had all day.

Order was wrong. Pizza was not topped with toppings it was cheese pizza with 2 pepperonis on it. Service was terrible and rude. If you want good papa John’s the one in Baytown is excellent.

Papa John's is one of my favorites but just a complete lack of caring at this one. I ordered a original crust pizza which is the thicker one by the way. I picked up my pizza and checked but it was thin maybe not thin and crispy but definitely thin. Then was told that it was original crust so obviously the person working there didn't know what they were talking about

Seriously late with a door dash order. No reason for this. I hate picking up from this plate. Is it too hard to just make pizzas by when they are due? This place needs better management

Love using app and getting dough money for future purchases. They don’t deliver where I live new neighborhood too far from this

This location is terrible. We placed an online order and after waiting over an hour past the scheduled pick up time we requested a refund. The manager said it was processed and would take a couple days for the refund to process. Never received refund.

To the store in Mont Belvieu:What an absolutely terrible experience. We had a free pizza in our account, but the manager on duty didn't know how to redeem it. We paid for the pizza instead of getting the free pizza. When the pizza came out, we took a look and noticed that one of the pizzas had hardly any toppings. When we mentioned this to the young lady behind the counter, she said that it was normal. We pointed out that we paid for bacon on the pizza and there was just a couple of specks of it across the entire pizza. The young lady said that their bacon is more of a garnish and not really a topping. We paid for a topping and when we pointed out that we weren't getting what we paid for, the staff starts playing word games with terminology? We also paid for extra garlic dipping sauce, and when we got home, we found that the 2 tubs we paid for were not sealed and had leaked butter all over our kitchen floor. Instead of enjoying hot, fresh pizza, we ended up cleaning grout lines for 30 minutes. This store is close to our house, but in the future, I will happily drive several miles past it to get our food. Terrible service, terrible product and a terrible franchise.

The staff never delivered my order. I called to check the status when it was late. I was told the driver was on his way. After a 2.5 hr delay, I called and an employee named Brennon was rude, unprofessional, and told me that they were “too busy and I could not speak to a manager.” Given his lack of professionalism, I wanted to ensure I received a refund. The manager, AJ did not seem concerned that my order was never sent nor did she confirm my refund. The behavior by the staff was extremely disappointing when the error was on their end.

Much better than the location on Garth road. Friendly and pizza is done right. This is our go to location.

Vegetarian options: Just order a cheese pizza and add veggies only. Get the clean cut.
