I had an extremely disappointing experience at Paradise Cafe. The girl taking orders at the window was unnecessarily rude and condescending. When I placed my order, she corrected me in a snippy, unprofessional manner instead of simply helping like customer service requires.When I pulled up to the window, her attitude somehow got worse—short responses, an unfriendly tone, and zero effort to be polite. There was no reason for the interaction to feel hostile, yet it did.If Paradise Cafe values its customers, staff need better training in basic manners and professionalism. Being “right” about an order does not excuse being rude. This place needs to do better.

This place has some rude employees. They make you feel like your presence annoys them, especially through the drive thru. Then, they want you to sign a receipt with a tip spot, and every single time I put $0.00, cause that’s weird, and then the employee gives me a go to hell look. I don’t think I’ll go back. It’s too bad, cause the food is good. Tipping culture is insane. You’re not waiting on me. You’re handing me my food through the drive thru.
