First, the staff is very friendly & the food is as to be expected. My issue is with the lack of cleanliness. From the floors, the prep area, the keyboard at the register, the glass on the soda fridge to the lack of gloves on the employee taking the pizza out of the ovens and cutting the pizzas. They need to shut down for 24hrs & DEEP clean. There ain’t no way the health department would approve this. I get areas getting messy throughout the day, this is not that, this is I haven’t cleaned or wiped down surface in months.

My go to is Dominos but my husband wanted a supreme pan from Pizza Hut, so...
I ordered online, easy. Food showed up quick. But I took a bite of my thin crust pepperoni and got a mouth full of tepid cold sauce. It was gross that I spit it out. The crust was floppy, like it wasn't cooked at all. The cheese looked melted. But why was the pizza cold, saucy, and floppy? I called the store, something I never do but it was pricey and gross and I'm poor... I was hoping to get my money back or at least half.
They gave me a $20 store credit... lol... pass.

I've gone to the location in mont belvieu texas on eagle drive, a few times month's apart and every single time there's an issue. I will NO LONGER GO TO THIS LOCATION! I called in an order on Sunday 11-24-24 telling the young man I wanted a large pizza with everything on it, he repeated large supreme,, I said yes large pizza with everything loaded I want everything. Then I asked for a personal pan pizza with everything except for olives and mushrooms. I don't know what the problem was, he kept saying so what do you want on personal pan, again I said everything but olives and mushrooms. This went on for a few minutes. So I told him never mind. Just give me the large pizza with everything loaded. So I go to pickup my pizza and there's hardly any toppings on it with the one's that were put on it. I asked the lady checking me out this is a large with all toppings on it? She said this is a supreme, she said if you want everything you need to ask for Super Supreme. What the hell if I call and tell you I want a pizza with everything fully loaded, shouldn't you tell me what pizza it is. So she told the guy to add the missing toppings and run it through the cooker again, he added about 6 pieces of age topping which was ham and black olives, when I questioned him about the toppings he said that was all of them. I guess now days expectations shouldn't be so high on anything, Customer service,, quality of food and amount of food receive. One thing is for sure you will PAY for what you DON'T RECEIVE! Kindness, good with proper amounts food that you pay for. Remember you chose the job, no one forced you to work at this establishment and you need to learn what your job is and what's required for it. Otherwise move on because someone else will surely be glad to have your job.

Ordered “WELL DONE” thin crust pizza, received standard done if that. Don’t understand why customer based business can’t accomplish a request from a customer. I wonder why places go out of business.
I’ve never been too much of a fan of Pizza Hut, but their food isn’t bad. I have always liked their service and dessert more than any other pizza restaurant in the area.
My mom will only eat Pizza Hut so I did not have a choice. I enjoy their pizza, but it was $80 for 2 medium pizzas and a cookie ($90 with tip). That is insane, especially knowing the pizza markup having family in the restaurant/pizza business.

If they mess up, which is rarely, they always fix it. The owners are very nice and accommodating.
