Ever since Frances left, this place has gone quickly downhill. There are always multiple people waiting in the 6'x6' lobby area, orders are never ready on time, they ignore you when come through the door, they are unorganized, the floor is dirty, and I could go on and on.There are way too many other competitors on Eagle Dr. to waste your time here. I predict they won't last unless they get better management.

Worse customer service by a sarcastic rude manager by the name of Chris .. ordered delayed 2 hours .. can’t find our order .. give them the confirmation number .. oh yea we are out of that dough .. 45 min later it’s in the oven .. no wings as ordered ask for a refund 24 hours later no call back so I contacted Chris .. says he will refund the wings . Never had such a bad experience at any Pizza Hut . Good luck Chris . Yes busy as to be expected on Halloween. But customers needed to treated appropriately busy or not .. repeat customers are what keep the doors open .

First, the staff is very friendly & the food is as to be expected. My issue is with the lack of cleanliness. From the floors, the prep area, the keyboard at the register, the glass on the soda fridge to the lack of gloves on the employee taking the pizza out of the ovens and cutting the pizzas. They need to shut down for 24hrs & DEEP clean. There ain’t no way the health department would approve this. I get areas getting messy throughout the day, this is not that, this is I haven’t cleaned or wiped down surface in months.
They literally won’t answer the phone if they do some rude lady answers and says just hold

My go to is Dominos but my husband wanted a supreme pan from Pizza Hut, so...
I ordered online, easy. Food showed up quick. But I took a bite of my thin crust pepperoni and got a mouth full of tepid cold sauce. It was gross that I spit it out. The crust was floppy, like it wasn't cooked at all. The cheese looked melted. But why was the pizza cold, saucy, and floppy? I called the store, something I never do but it was pricey and gross and I'm poor... I was hoping to get my money back or at least half.
They gave me a $20 store credit... lol... pass.
