Food is delicious. However, if you say you're going to put the sauce in the bag, then do it. This is the 3rd time. I refuse to eat a dry sandwich. Please get it together.

The service is okay, I guess. Sometimes the staff is very pleasant and helpful. Other times, you can tell they don't like their job.My main gripe is with the food. The chicken pieces just keep getting smaller and the prices keep going up. The last time I went, the thighs were about 2x2 inches and the wings were about 1.5 inches in length. A chicken nugget from McDonalds has more meat in them than those wings. The legs almost looked like drummettes. Only the breasts were okay in size. Paying almost $40 for a 10 piece the size of nuggets and side order containers filled only 2/3rds of the way is ridiculous. But man, that chicken is delicious!I worked for Popeyes (different location) years ago as a cashier then as a manager. I know how it works.

I really would give this place zero star but it would let. Wait time is crazy long employees have really bad attitude and poor customer service. My coworkers and I have had to walk out to go to burger King because the employees are just Ignoring you. I would not go to this place ever again

Horrible and extremely slow customer service. The kid running the register literally said “give me a minute bro” when I tried to speak to him. Management needs to set higher standards for their employees even if it is just fast food.
Worst experience at a fast food restaurant drive through. They would not answer on the speaker. After 5-10 minutes of talking into the mic trying to get someone’s attention, we drove around and ordered at the window. We then ordered at the window. When we received the order half of it was missing.

Well I just ordered one leg and a Thigh. it came out looking like a nugget.so every time I go to this Popeye's they suck. I can see if it was a bucket of chicken and they put that little bitty tiny leg in there but it was all I ordered. Is there any competent people working in fast food anymore.And these same people that suck at these drive-throughs,are the same people that are saying they need $15 an hour.come to me when you can take an order down the first time.and then I will agree with you and say you deserve $9 an hour. Well I just went back to that dump and for some reason they just can't get it right.don't go to this Popeyes cuz you arewasting your time and money cuz no matter what you order these idiots will not get it right. and they have to be the laziest and rudest people ever.
