Out of all the shops I have been to this one is my favorite there are some I don't like some I can deal with but this one is get a gold star on waffles, protien balls, muffins and teas. Have not tried the other items but soo good
Great little shop. TONS of options! The gentleman was more than happy to assist me and they genuinely have something fir everyone! It's tastes pretty great too!

Never have I ever had a drink that was as delicious, beautiful, packed full of energy and inspiring as the ones from Refined Nutrition. Marley and all of her ladies make the experience personal and are some of the kindest ladies I’ve ever met in the area. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place.
