This location is always out of food. Today was a different experience... tossed the donut in the bag, upside down. No wax paper. They never give napkins either. The kolaches aren't as good as other locations for some reason.

They rarely have anything we order. I don’t even think this location has Apple fritters. They always say that they’re out. We usually order here, find out they’re out of everything and then go to the one on 146.
There are several reviews over the last few months about not having what people order. Why don’t you fix the problem instead of continually apologizing for it?

This place closes at 4:00 p.m. but if you go anytime after 11:00 a.m. they never have anything made and they will not make anything fresh after certain time so honestly I don't know why they keep the place open after 12:00 p m. I was told one time that it only takes about 15 minutes to make the kolaches and every time I go they never have any kolaches and that they can't make any more for whatever reason so I don't understand does it take a few minutes or can they not make any and they never have anything The donuts, they're always out they don't make fresh donuts so it's like if you don't come at 5:00 a.m. you get nothing. If I was anybody looking for donuts I would go to Dillon's down the street it's a little bit of a drive down the street but they got the best kolaches and donuts in town, I've never had a problem. they always have everything and they will make it for you if they don't have it so save your money and time.

This location runs out of so many items. I made my 1st request and told sold out, I make another selection, sold out! I said tell me what you have to avoid the guessing game. 9:30 they had 2 flavor donuts, cream cheese item and a filled item with strawberry. I told her to mark the drive thru menu sold out, she responded with customers keep telling me to do that. This place is HORRIBLE!! I have asked for the same item (Apple Fritter)for the last 5 weeks straight it has been well over 10 trips total, always on Sunday morning between 7:30 -9:30a. Sorry we have sold out is always the answer..the employee, maybe lead person, said “you be more early” I told her make more or take it off the menu. The attitude of this person keeps me from returning. AVOID THIS PLACE, sorry WE SOLD OUT!!!!

Don't use the drive thru if it's raining.... so I won't blame the staff for it but who has a drive thru that isn't covered, not a big deal when it's dry but definitely annoying when it's raining and then the person makes you wait for 5 minutes to order, so I do blame them for that. My 2nd issue is what is up with these tiny donuts and were they running low on glaze? Considering a dozen donuts is $13 now, yes I absolutely expect them to look better than these...

Every Thursday morning we get 1 dz of doughnuts for the kids and 1/2 dz of kolaches.Because my husband and I have to work so early in the morning we are great full Shipleys opens at 5 am but what I don't understand is Shipleys is open and there is nothing ready. We can't even get doughnut holes between 5 and 530.what is the purpose of the menu if you can't order anything on it. It's disappointing when I go there and then I'm told I can make an order then I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes and if I order something that they are not actively making at the time I'm told their out and won't have any until later. I have had to leave several times and go to Lanis doughnuts to get what I need because Shipleys is not prepared for customers. When I asked them why they never have anything ready the girl rolled her eyes and says sometimes life just makes you wait. I thought this location just needed some time to get it together due to just opening but here we are in June and now I'm thinking replacing the staff would be a better option.

I live next to this shipleys and i like it, i can just walk there, order what donut i want for the day, and have it ready in less than a minute. In fact one day at least 4 employees were ready to assist me for my order.Although in my opinion, the parking lot could be bigger as it gets difficult picking up meals for my uber eats customers, but that’s why i like either walking to the restaurant or going through the drive through.
Parking: Only 2 regular spots and a handicap spot.

When you sell sausage, cheese, jalapeño kolaches they should actually have jalapeños and cheese in them! Mine had NO jalapeños and very little cheese. It wasn’t even soft as it should’ve been. I showed your staff. They gave me another one which also had NO jalapeños. Your staff saw that it had none. They pointed to the small jalapeño on top of the kolache which is only there as a marker. Please tell me they know that!! I live in Mont Belvieu but will not be back to this location. There’s several other places in Mont Belvieu that have better kolaches. THANKS for listening.
