Not happy at all. I walked in and was not greeted at all or asked what I was going to order, worker just looked down the whole time. Never experienced customer service like this before. Unacceptable

Employee sitting in the front couches smoking a e-cigarette while myself and others coming in. Didn’t greet anybody. Maybe she was off the clock or on break but she’s clearly wearing the uniform. And it’s the first person we see when walking in and to see her smoking her vape didn’t make the establishment look clean.

I always enjoy stopping by Smoothie King in Mont Belvieu! From the moment you walk in, the lobby is super clean and well-kept, which makes it feel really inviting. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming—it honestly makes the experience even better.

I also love how neat and organized the prep and serving areas are. Everything just looks fresh and cared for. The menu is amazing because there’s such a wide variety to choose from, and I especially appreciate the vegetarian and vegan options. It’s nice to know there’s something for everyone!

The best part? The wait is never long. Even if they’re busy, they get your order out quickly without sacrificing quality. Smoothie King Mont Belvieu has definitely become one of my favorite places for a quick, healthy treat!

Yes the store is very clean. But you need to open youlls ears to listen to the customers. All i ever order is a strawberry and pineapple with sugar and nothing added in to it and i like it thick smoothie. But every time i order it youll have to turn into something i do not want in the smoothie. How hard is it to make a simple Strawberry and Pineapple With Sugar only. Nothing else added to it.

I didn’t receive part of my order & your phone is disconnected so I can’t communicate with the store. We went up there and they gave the item. Still inconvenient.

First time coming to this establishment and was impressed with the cleanliness and atmosphere. The gentlemen working were attentive. I wanted to get a meal replacement shake for my husband that was under the weather and they had their manager Ms Faith come and help. She was very informative and I honestly trusted her guidance completely. She took my concerns (my husband having a texture issue into her own hands) and ensured me the smoothie would be double blended.

Looking forward to coming back this evening for another shake for my husband.
