This Starbucks employees need to understand when people ask for almond milk there is a good reason. My daughter and I came through this Starbucks to get a coffee before shopping. My daughter has alot of allergies to food. I don't know what was substituted in her coffee but a couple of hours later she started violently vomiting. And it was from the coffee at this Starbucks! We will never come back to this location in mount Bellevue!

Order was made incorrectly, so we came back to have it remade. Instead of fixing it right away or prioritizing it, they placed our remake at the very end of the line. I understand mistakes happen, but if the drink was made wrong and it wasn’t what I ordered, it should be corrected promptly, not pushed to the back as if we hadn’t already been here waiting.

I tried to place my mobile order online and it kept saying “Sorry something went wrong on our side”. So I went inside to order the Bacon and cheese egg bites. When someone goes inside the business and is actually there, the order was placed behind several Mobil orders and I waited 10 minutes. Seems like that service could have been better for sure or change a procedure for in person orders??

If I could give zero stars I would. It was my first time and last time I will go to this location. I ordered a simple hot tea, the guy took my order went to the back and never came back out. The other four people behind the counter did not attempt to make my tea. Nor did they even ask me what I ordered until I stood there over 10 mins. I wanted to see how long it would take before they acknowledged or addressed me while they laughed and made other orders that came in never looking me in the eye or addressing me. Meanwhile I watched one girl mop the entire floor behind the counter, watched them make over 8 drinks from the drive and online and continue to laugh and talk. Until finally one asked me what I ordered.
But did she make it nope she left it for someone else to do it. A hot tea that took less than 3 mins to prepare. Over 15 mins for a simple hot tea with only one person in the store who got their order right after I ordered. Smh will not return to this location sad because it is really a nice location but their service does not match.
I simply love Starbucks. Yes I have been to other coffee shops but Starbucks is where me and my oldest daughter love to go and it is how I treat myself.
