I like this starbucks, my drinks always come out good. But, I really like to study at starbucks and I swear they keep it 60 degrees because it is so freezing even wearing a light jacket inside doesn’t keep me warm. I also went during December to try and study there and ended up leaving because it was too cold. I like to have a drink while studying, and the freezing cold while drinking a cold drink is not enjoyable.

I ordered my nitro via the app - when I walked in she said …”for Heather?” And started pouring my drink - she had been waiting for me to walk in before pouring so my nitro would have bubbles

I stopped by this morning around 6 am to try out the cortado expresso and to get my usual ice brown oatmeal expresso drink the barista did an amazing job 🙌🏼 the lady at drive through was also wonderful , i wanted my cortado drink sweet she gave me a great suggestion to try macchiato syrup with 😋 it

This is the worst matcha latte I’ve ever had. This Starbucks is usually pretty consistent, but wow, I’m at a loss for words. It was so bad I had to strain out all the clumps when I got home!

Ordered a caramel macchiato and has absolutely no caramel. Taste like straight coffee. Sucks when you spend so much money on a coffee you can’t drink because it taste horrible.

Pretty ticked that I ordered a Pecan Oatmilk Latte with an extra shot, paid over $7 for it, just for it to not have the pecan syrup. I have been ordering the exact same drink the exact same way thru the app at another location with zero issues. This has happened to my husband as well several times over the last 6 months. He ordered a PSL at the beginning of the season only for it to taste like garbage. This was the last strike for me. So disappointing!!

Just moved to Mont Belvieu and the area is all we hoped it would be. The exception to this rule is our local Starbucks. We keep trying to give it chance after chance. They're so inconsistent on service and quality. We just went on a 10 day road trip getting Starbucks every morning somewhere different across the country and this one by far takes the cake as the worse one. We go to Starbucks because we think we know what we'll be getting. (That's why you pay a premium) We've had to resort to getting our coffee at the local gas station for a 1/5th of the price. My wife is very disappointed; she looks forward to her venti caramel macchiato's, and once again (this morning) she had to throw it out on her way to work. I do believe this will be their last chance with her. We don't want this Starbucks to fail, but please get some better training, be consistent, get the orders right, and hire enough employees. During peak hours at other Starbucks I've seen almost double the employees than this one keeps. Maybe if they had enough people they could get the orders right. Losing local, consistent, loyal customers is not a good business model, and we've got neighbors that have the same opinion of our Starbucks. They too, no longer go there and have resorted to hitting a different one on their way to work.

We spent $23 on coffee our freaking coffee was Not full they didn't put any whipped cream on the 2 mocha's after we had actually asked for it to make sure they would put it on. No caramel in the caramel macchiato maybe because it was close to closing but come on for $23 I mean it kind of tasted like a whipped latte. I am like so disappointed tried to call them but of course they're closed and I will be over there in the morning because we didn't get a receipt either for our $23 in coffee

Very slow service, and the drinks are mediocre at best. They have an issue being consistent. They focus more on driving thru. If I go in, sometimes its over a 10 minute wait just to be talked to, not order taken. 10 minutes for them to say "I'll be with you in a second" . There have been times I've waited nearly 25 minutes for 1 drink.

Parking: Often not enough parking. Do the drive thru its faster anyway

They can’t make a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso to save their life. It’s either nothing but milk or all you can taste is bitter espresso. I order on the app and always get a banana nut loaf warmed and they didn’t warm it. Once in a while I don’t care that my order is messed up but this is like every order I make. Maybe it’s because I order on the app.

Super friendly and helpful employees. Some even remember me by name, I love that! ❤️ drinks are consistent and delicious. They do seem to give priority to the drive thru which I prefer anyway so I usually drive thru or if I plan ahead I will mobile order.
