We ordered and waited 33 minutes for them to then tell us they were out of beef and ask if steak was okay, 10 minutes later we were tokd they were out of steak and had to use chicken 24 minutes later we finally get our food nacho fries no meat at all my grilled cheese burrito had steak and my taco had beef on it the guacamole was so brown it look like actual crap....we were missing half our order and the guy acted like we were bothering him trying to get all of our order and get it right....

There is nothing wrong with the Taco Bell on a fundamental level, but I am leaving every Taco bell in my area a 1 star overall review until they bring back breakfast. Its bs. Literally the only reason I went there. I am assuming all the ones in the Baytown area are under the same franchise. May have been a good decision logistically on the business side, but that doesn't make me want to eat there because I can't get a breakfast crunch wrap now.

This is literally the world's worst taco bell restaurant. I have ordered food many times here over the year. I was willing to give them multiple chances to make orders correct. Nothing I order is crazy, just regular tacos, bean burritos and such... It has NEVER came out of the kitchen right. Doesn't matter if it's take, dine in or drive thru.... It is a complete waste of money and time to try to get food from here..... This place is poorly ran, and the folks in the kitchen line can't even make a damn taco correctly..... Horrible place to eat

They rushed my order for some reason. Wasn't even busy. When I opened up my tacos weren't set up the usual way and my quesadilla wasnt cooked all the way some old dry meat.

I ordered crispy tacos and whoever made them must have thought they would have to pay for the ingredients they spread them on as thin as they could get them almost nothing in the tacos and I ask for a bean burrito with no onions they put a lot of them. Sometimes the food is good here just don't go on the weekend.

Went thru the drive thru for lunch ordered a chicken quesadilla and they gave it to me in a Mexican pizza box I opened it and this is what it looked like…like cmon Taco Bell. -.-
