White guy making food order doesn't seem happy with his job nor does anyone here. Placed online order 20 minutes ago still waiting on order stood at the register for 10 minutes before having to speak up and ask if someone was going to be working up front he then replied we are busy... absolutely not acceptable will be contacting corporate this location is by far the worst I've ever been to. The manager looks like she's on drugs also...and not weed...

Taco bell seems to be hit or miss at the locations I've ate at. The Taco bell in Mont Believe is really good. I've been there a few times & every time it's been great the way Taco bell should be.
Under staffed so no one at the counter. They want you to use the online app and service should be replaced with machines.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.... My son place an order today thru the taco bell app. Using Door dash delivery. The order got delivery to a complete wrong house. We called Taco bell . There not able to help us because door dash delivery the order. MANAGER advise to call DOOR dash. Door dash it not able to find the order or driver. Advising us to call Taco Bell. Called Taco Bell. After talking with the manager and ask us for the order. HIS NOT ABLE TO HELP US AT ALL... SO. ANOTHER UNHAPPY CUSTOMER THAT IS NOT RETURNING TO THAT BAD SERVICE. THEY PREFERE TO LOOSE A CUSTOMER THAN TO HELP.
