klarissa took our order. When we arrived there was wings ready in the basket (we had not placed our order yet). We never saw the cook drop the wings to cook, they had no line/ not busy. We got home and the wings where hard, like they rehested them only. We asked for voodoo fríes and when we opened then there was max 10 fries in the box. We purchased 3 combos, all the wings where hard, hardly any fries, plus a young man worker was eating while working in the kitchen. I live in Dayton , so its a drive back. I called the store , Klarissa answered. I asked for her name and she did not want to give it to me. I asked for the manager and she said there was nobody, I then asked to speak with someone else and said the manager was on break and hung up the phone while I was talking. Overall very unprofeseional place, hard food, no fresh food, workers eating while cooking and bad service. Order taken Dec. 20th at 3:00pm .

Never have a problem here but recently picked up my order to go and my wings were full of grease more than anything. Picked up a single wing and it would be dripping of it. I understand a little bit would not be a problem, but this was more than normal and it gave them a really bad taste.

Horrible Customer Service.
They handed us the bag of food and we had ordered a large ranch. The lid wasn’t sealed correctly and it spilled all inside the bag and all over the wing box. We talked to the manager and she was trying to scold us saying “well we have to hold the bag correctly”. Her name was Myra or Maria and she ended up hanging up the phone on us.

Horrible experience the girl who was at the register super rude and didn't know what she was doing, every question that we were asking her answers were oh I don't know and looked at us like what else do you want, another teenager had to come to the front to help her answer and she still got mad at him, we waited for our food for more than an hour and it was cold. There were people before us waiting for their order and someone came to tell the guy that there was no order placed for him The customer was mad because he paid and they were arguing that he didn't place the order and he ended up leaving with no money and no order. Floors were sticky same as the tables place was dirty. Definitely don't go to this location
