I came in about 10 minutes after opening, the worker was so nice and got my order done quickly. She had said her car had broken down and was a bit late, but this did not stop her from doing an awesome job ? I got a brown sugar boba. It wasn’t the best I’ve had, but it was great for the convenience of location.

Went today to try them out for the first time. Just moved to the area and wife was excited because she loves Boba. Unfortunately we walked in the door at 5:19 and walked out at 5:29 without being served. No one was inside and we even called out but there was no one in the building to respond. Unfortunate that a small business clearly doesn’t need business and leaves their facility unstaffed.

You can create your own boba and get rolled ice-cream & there selling plants right now.Theres different sizes for boba.Small,med,large,XL.I usually pick a large milk classic boba with either jelly or boba ball.?It's so good.I recommend it honestly.

My drink was pretty good but every time I go there they don't have to stuff for rolled ice cream.the drink I got was the lemonade with strawberry jelly it was fine

The staff was late to their shift, which resulted in me waiting 30 minutes. One of the staff member’s child was running around the whole time while another staff member was unhygienic and put his hand down his pants several times. I’m very disappointed.
I drove pretty far to try Boba etc. They were supposed to be open at 11:00 but Noone was there. I waited for over an hour during supposed business hours and they just never showed up to open the doors. I hope everything is ok.

very disappointed. i’ve gone in 3 times this week to get boba, just to be told each time they are out. okay not a big deal, can i do a thi tea? no because they are out of that, okay so i asked about another tea. guess what, out of that too. i was going to try a sushi roll, for them to not have all of the ingredients. i’ve gone in 2 times after that experience to see if they have has a shipment, nothing. very disappointed:/

The hours are never right. I waited an hour after they were "open" and still no one there. They are very inconsistent with their hours, which frustrates me because the drinks are really good. They also very rarely answer the phone

Staff is less than enthusiastic. The boba is hard and chewy. This place could really be great. But it's needs some serious help before it becomes another place that closes due to poor employees and service.

My first time going to Boba etc was a great experience. My wife and I got The Passion drink and it was refreshing in this SUMMER HEAT. The drinks were so good I took my children back the same day lol. I recommend Boba Etc to anyone
